I purchased a kurlon mattress on[protected] from flikart and just in 4 months the mattress developed depression and the same was informed to kurlon via mail but si nce then till date kurlon has not provided any replacement. Its one of the most horrible company i have ever bought a product from which does not care about its customer's. They have disabled google reviews so you cannot post negative review. They dont have any responsible person handling the defects. Its just buy their products and forget about any warranty. Warranty is onky on paper and in actual Kurlon company is working on auto pilot mode. They dont have a grievance department just 2 monkeys have been appointed to deny any complaint you make. Stay away from kurlon at all cost.
