I have purchased kurlon mattress from Flipkart in 4 months time the mattress has developed depression and since the time we have complained to kurlon[protected] complaint no) they have only been asking us to again and again submit video. They are not satisfied with any video. They have issue with all videos and have put our complaint on hold since more than a year and every time I call up their customer care number they say u haven't submitted a fresh video. We need a fresh video and we do not provide home verification for the same. I as a customer has been harassed beyond words. My mother has slip disc and I had bought this so called orthopaedic mattress from Kurlon. I don't live with her and it's not possible for her to get a fresh video everytime as she's 70 years old. She has to ask our neighbours for help to get one. Guys do not buy kurlon and do not believe their warranty. It's just on paper and in reality they will make u run from pillar to post and keep asking for videos and they will eventually make u so tired that u will stop chasing them and may be buy another mattress and waste your hard earned money. I will definitely not recommend Kurlon to anyone. We have wasted our hard earned money and they have made my mom suffer from past one year and yet no resolution. Please guys avoid Kurlon if you want peace for your family.
