[Resolved]  Kuvempu University — Transcript Not Providing

I have requested transcript for my completed degree program Bsc IT. I am about to take admission in abroad and last 1 and half month I have not received my transcript from university. When I am calling to exam section, they said that they not received my document and demand draft, while I check with bank, they said money is deducted in Kuvempu University. After lot of time followup with them, they have accepted on email that document and dd received and they will process my transcript but last 1 and half month not received and they not replying or updating my regarding my transcript. I am suffering with this problem and I am not in country to go personally there. I dont know why they not giving because I have paid fee, they accepted received document then why they dont want to give me.

I need help who can take strict action regarding this kind of irresponsiblity, it is affecting career of someone who struggling to study. They not value our request and not understand seriousness of student's problem.
