[Resolved]  L G — Installation and service of Ductable AC

We have installed 1.5 ton ductable AC of LG make at the house of Krishan gopal ([protected]), Ekta vihar, Dhuri, Dist. Sangrur (Pb) .
Twice we have given complaint to LG . Details given below

We have purchased Ductable AC (Bill No. 48 ) on dt. 02 Dec.2011. And the units were installed in the first week of May 2012 at the address of Dhuri at Dist. Sangrur.
The model installed was LG 1.5TON DUCTABLE UNIT. (LB-B2156QC)

Since its installation this particular unit is not working and we have contacted the dealer (Mr. Joshi) many times at the mobile numbers which are.written on bills but we seem that they are not interested in doing the repair.
Now summer season is at its last. After no response of our complaint now we are complaining through your web. Its our request to plz look into this matter.Early reply will be highly appreciated.

Sir/Madam,
I have already given complaint regarding the problem which we are facing regarding LG make 1.5ton ductable AC. Our complaint no. [protected] and S.N. is 217.
After that we receive 2 calls from No.'s

But till today i got no response. I dont know what is the problem. I have send bill copy to the co. and AC is not working .I request you to plz look into this matter with your kind attention otherwise i have no other option and will take help from consumer courts.
