      I have bought LG TV (Model No. LG UHD LED 55UK6360PTE) on 22/06/2019 from one of the dealerships in Gurugram, which costed me Rs. 58500/-

      On 30/07/2021 the display of the TV just got disappeared while it was on. I logged the complaint on customer care, the engineer called me yesterday to visit today but he didn't. When I escalated the issue, the engineer visited my place today and said that the display of the TV, that I have bought just two years back, is faulty and needs to be replaced at my expense of RS. 37000. As per engineer the warranty of the display is of 2 years, in my case its one month more than two years, so the component will be replaced at my cost. When I spoke with his supervisor, he said that he will get the replacement at 25% discount. What the hell is this. I cannot believe this from such a brand LG, but now I think why did I go for LG. LG is making fool of the customers. When their products can not stand for just two years, what more can anyone expect from such a brand which is selling such high end costly TVs but its components are local. Or intentionally the defected TVs are being pushed to customers via dealers with discount so that defected TVs which can run for more than two years for crossing warranty period. Its totally mis-selling. I had requested the TOP management to look into matter and get the replacement of display of my TV under warranty terms with no extra cost on me, which was obviously very rightful on consumers part but its 15 days now my complaint has not been resolved yet. Thats why now I am compelled to write on other platforms for justice.

            I have 5.2kg machine purchased around 8 yrs back. 6 months ago motor needed replacement. Was replaced promptly.
            Now display pcb not working and also control ckt pcb looks damaged.
            But lg is saying to get display pcb repaired from outside, as they no longer stock this spare.
            I am willing to pay for new pcbs, but they say now can't service them.
            What is the purpose of this practice.
            Should customer purchase new one for only one faulty part.

              Dear team

              I bought my lg led 49uj65t in the year 2018 may (I bought this product for 75000 rs) and after 1.9 years o[censored]sage.
              I got bluish in the middle of the screen and i logged a sr with lg support and the thing is now i have to pay 1200 rupees for the inspection charges and 450 rupees for the engineer who visit the customer. I am already fed up with lg products and support that they have provided. I would like to close this request as soon as you can. I also finding a way to reach to out to all my friends/colleagues/relatives would love to share my experience to all of them about the lg products and issues that i have been gone through. It creates a bad impact on whole lg brand name.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                This is to bring to your attention the issue that Im facing due to LG Service Centers in my area. My LG TV 43" LF630T had a display issue during mid of February 2020. I checked the LG Website at the below link

                autorised Service Center was AR Electronics.

                I approached them and informed them about the issue. A technician visited my home, informed that the LEDs have burned out and needs to be replaced. He said it would be chargeable and the spare would arrive in 3 days. The TV was serviced and returned on 24th February 2020 (Bill Attached). Post servicing we found that the HDMI was not working and the Audio and Video were not in sync. When we tried to reach the same service center AR Electronics, the shop is closed and the phone number is also not reachable.

                To our dismay we found another LG Service Center called Sun Max Services in our locality. We requested him for help and he asked us to raise a service call through LG Customer Care. I registered the service call and the technician who visited informed that the PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced which is chargeable.

                I informed him that the issue was after the service done and there was a warranty of 3 months for the service. He informed us that AR Electronics was not an authorised service center and their contract was terminated on 10th Feb 2020.

                The LG Website still shows AR Electronics as their authorised service center. Screen Shots attached.

                The TV is still not working and Im not sure whom to get in touch with. Sun Max services want me to pay for the spare and service charge to fix the TV as they are not responsible for issues made by another Service center. We are trying to raise the concern with the Area manager to no avail.

                Request you to consider this issue/ complaint and help me in getting this resolved.

                  I purchased 22mp68vq led ips monitor from a shop. My purpose was to purchase led at the place of my old cabinet pc to use it as computer monitor not for tv. When i bought led at home, then there is no vga cable provided in box. My problem is that how to connect this led to my cpu without vga cable. I m feeling cheated and i m panic.
                  I dont want to bear extra cost of vga cable. The company should provide me vga cable.

                    I have bought one lg smart tv 43" in july 2017.
                    Now in 2019 my tv is not working properly. Blue tinge is coming on the screen. We lodged a complain, service center person came and gave a estimate of rs.25000.
                    We are middle class family and we some how managed to pay the emi to buy the tv
                    After two years the tv is not working properly that too of the promising and best brand lg.

                      I was brought an led tv of lg company. And i have an extended warranty in that product. There is some problems found the tv. Then i registered a complaint on 1june 2019 but the service provider come to our house after 2weeks later and taken the tv for repair not at all that i was given their traveling expense (They asked). The service center man promised me they return the tv with in 3days of time... Now no whereabouts.

                        I purchased lg oled 55c8pta model on[protected] at baja electronics, nizampet branch hyderabad. I complained to lg customer care on[protected] that tv is getting horizontal line on screen at 4 inches from top and no person attended for two days in the meanwhile the tv screen is getting off within few seconds after power on with remote. Again i added this complaint also to lg customer care. Then one person came and told that screen panel damaged so it should be changed with other panel. Then i requested to replace totally with new piece, as this major complaint within short span of 3 months. And i lost confidence on damaged piece. So replace with tv otherwise refund my amount totally including extended warranty amount already paid.

                          I bought lg inverter ocean technology ac based on the belief on their hoardings and advertising on this ac manufactured specifically for salty water area near to beach or drainage way.. But this is fake, don't even buy this ac based on their ad, it's fraud.. My ac indoor coil damaged and gas leaked just after 2 weeks after the warranty period... Now these buggers ask me to pay 7800 for repair and replacing it.. No use of talking to gnanamuthu from lg, he is really a useless person..

                              My ac was making some kind of sound. Lg excutive come and check and told it will stop but when. I check its again making sound i called him he told me contact outside vendor my ac is under warranty. And he looks not interested to fix the issue. I contact customer care through call and email and they told me executive will contact me in two hours and my ac problem will be solved in 24 hours. Its almost 30 hours. No body come to check not even call. I was not expecting this kind of customer service from the brand like lg. I am very disappointed. If you can take this matter and solve my issue then it will be helpful for me. Waiting for some positive response and immediate action.

                                We have purchased lg tv on 10th october 2017.
                                Service team member name:-sanjay has came to install the tv.
                                But he has not provided us consumer bracket and now we are asked to pay the amount of consumer bracket.
                                This is not expected from the lg service team or lg team.
                                We have called to service team and they have not responded in the correct way and instead they are saying that we have received and we are asking one more extra bracket.

                                    I have purchased lg refrigerator on may 31st and according to their sales rep that time there was an offer going on according to which if i paid using hdfc credit card i will be getting a cashback of 7.5%. So, i purchased using my hdfc credit card. Also, they stated that there will be additional 2% which they need to pay to hdfc for swiping the card so instead of charging rs.40, 000/- they swiped my card for rs. 40, 800/-.

                                    When i received my monthly statement i found that there is an interest which was never conveyed to me the time when i was purchasing the product. As getting cashback and paying interest doesn't make any sense at all.

                                    Above that since the day i purchased an item i am asking them how much amount will get credited as cashback they are not providing any information to me. It's a pathetic after sales services and customer services of lg. Never buy any product from lg. They are cheaters. I have raised a complaint still they are not responding.

                                    Sir mene 2, 3 baar sikayat karne ke baad jab egineer aya or toda chaqe kiya uske baad 1000 rupeye le gaya fir bhi mera friz kharab ka kharab hi raha sir jab ki friz ka compressar mai kharabi hai sir mai bahut parasan hu mera friz sahi karwane ki krapa kare apki ati krapa hogi

                                      We had bought a lg lcd tv 42 inch which cost 57000 / in 2008. After 8 years our tv started giving trouble with regard to picture colour. After 10 days after submitting a complaint 1 service personnel came and told us that he will contact the company about the availability of board. Now after days of calling him, he ignored our calls. Very bad after sales service. We will never ever buy a l g product. This is soon after a lg music player went out of order. We had this double shock of lg tv.

                                          I have booked a repair request on 17.12.12 for my Microwave model MC 7148 MS. I got call from service eng on 18.12.12 that with in 4-5 days they will come and repair it. Since than nobody visited home repairing the same, Every time I call LG Customer care they say give us 24hrs to 72hrs your issue will resolved. I dont understand how a company can do this when customer is ready to pay repairing+ Visiting + parts charges.

                                          Hard to believe but true LG approach, instead of repairing they have cancelled the repair request. I think it is there monopolistic approach for harrasing consumers, any body can guide which Legal action can be taken against them.

                                            The product was delivered at my residence 1/501, Garden Estate, opp D MART Thane west 0n 02 oct 2012.
                                            The product was being demonstrated by your rep mr. Virendra on 03 october & found that
                                            1)water dispenser was not working
                                            2)refrigerator was not cooling
                                            3)external control pannel was neither illuminated nor functioning
                                            4)The fan behind the freezer compartment was found defective & was removed by your engineer for replacement
                                            with all this the functioning of the compressor also appears doubtful as the cooling was foun unsatisfactory.
                                            Due all mentioned above & the product being brand new I am doubtful whether it would function satisfactory or not in future.
                                            I THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT THE EXISTING UNIT BE REPLACED BY A NEW ONE IMMIDIATELY

                                                The same day I received a sms from VM-LG Care intimating me that, " Dear Customer, your request id is RNA[protected].For any assistance please call our Helpline[protected]Hours-7 days.) Thank you" This was the message.I had contacted the dealer and they had provided a Mobile no of LG Service agent Mr. Padma Kumar,whose no is [protected] and the reply was that any of the service agent will be in touch with us soon.

                                                After receiving this sms, on 21/8/2012 at 16.48 Hrs I had given first call to Customer Care Agent Mr. Rince and he assured me to send executive on next day. Believing his word I waited for next day.

                                                I had given the second call on 22/8/2012 at 14.47 Hrs to Customer Care Agent Mr. Jithin. Verifying the status he also assured me that the executive will be in touch with us soon and provided a No of Sky Service telephone no.[protected]. The reply was, when the service agent comes to our side he will fix the TV.

                                                I am residing in the heart of the city and it made me embarrassed that even your service agent is not available even at heart of city???

                                                I had purchased TV during our festival Onam as a gift for my aged parents, where they are eagerly anxious to see the programmes at their room itself. But I am ashamed to inform you that your service agent did not turned up till this time (22.51 Hrs) nor they had contacted me.

                                                Talking on this issue with my colleagues they had faced several problem like this where this was know to me earlier it would have retreated.

                                                Awaiting for your timely reply with in legal time limit, further I am forced to proceed ahead with out time delay and the matter will be taken for further legal proceedings.

First no. is lapsed not any service recd. from LG Sercice Centre shops.) That shop is located in Mira road, A/22, Matru Chaya Bld, Sector 10, Opposite Allhabad bank, Mira Road, - Mrs. Sajid Ansari such person has given only dates that part will be coming on such & such date from Head Office & then I will start your TV, Main part is Such shops person come in my house for reparing the TV but Tv is not properly working he has told to me that I take this machine & repair in my service centre mira road, but most wounderfull tragity is that the internal part of my tv he has taken & falling down when he going to the shop at mira road, who is responsible for that damages ? After that this service centre has told that he is given free replacement to me but still toay not any replacement or my TV part recd, in my home. Today he has given me last date that 28th Jan 2010 I have give to you replacement. But if such shop has not given me replacment the Please tell me what I do ?
                                                    Please I invited to LG repsentative please come to my home, I have purchased all LG porducts becuse I have faith/trust on them, but today I shame on LG PORDUCTS.
                                                    LG Service centre registered complents but not taken any action ?
                                                    If one complent not fulfilled then again same complent agains registered in another complent noumber ? but not given porper service.

                                                    Bought brand new 2 acs from snehanjali kandivali west. In one of the ac the front grill was broken and to replace that it the shop around 5 to 6 days and inspite of that i as a customer had to go personally go to change the front panel the shop salesmen Mr Hemal was very rude to me and bcoz of this another 2 ton split ac from your shop and also i will not recommend the ref of your kandivali west SNEHANJALI to any of my known person.

                                                      I have booked a fault at your toll free number[protected] on 18 jul about my CTV. the Complaint ID is N8C71800006, initially your mechanic has informed that IC8844 is unserviceable. then they have told it will take time as the said component is not available at this service center. After some time they have informed me that the said items is not available at any were in company and also suggested to change the kit. they took the TV from my home for replacement of kit. Now your service center rep is telling that the new kit is not synchronizing with picture tube it is better for you to purchase a new TV

                                                      sir at this juncture should I think that your company is cheating me or not able to repair my TV for a small fault (IC8844 faulty)
                                                      or your company is not entertaining the fault of an old customer. I have paid Rs 21900 to purchase of this TV in year 2000

                                                      I m very dissatisfied with the service provided by lg, it's worst, after servicing the tv by the technicans, the same problems arises after 2/3 months.I will never recommend to my friends to buy any brand of lG.

                                                      sir, we are getting many wrong calls from icici bank hyderabad main branch.we said so many times to them this is wrong number but they are calling daily and sending messages.pls tell them not to call.my mobile no is [protected]

                                                      LG : COLOR TV — Problem with Brand new TV

                                                      I purchased one 21” color TV set of LG Make (Model: 21 FU8RGE), on 9/8/2009 from M/S Vijay Sales, Satara Road .

                                                      On the very next day, I observed problem in the screen - one line with variation in brightness / contrast appearing, in the top portion of the screen, whenever the TV is turned on. It becomes much prominent after 20-25 minutes.

                                                      Hence I contacted your Customer care & booked complaint of the above problem ( I was provided with a Request ID W9C81104154 ! ). Accordingly a service engineer visited today & informed that there is a problem with one of the electronic component (some IC part). The same will be attended / replaced within 4-5 days time.

                                                      After two days your service person visited back & replaced one component. He informed that the problem willl get slowly diappeared within next days (VERY FUNNY !!)

                                                      The problem is still unresoved & as it is.


                                                      It is very much frustating experience with LG's product. I will surely not recommend any one for purchasing LG products.

                                                      I have purchased a colour t.v. CS 21B 500 HL . Product Sr. No. 134032AS8024492 from UNIQUE ELECTRONICS AND GIFT CENTRE, NEW TEHRI.At the time of purchase i have been told that there is a unique feature in my t.v. named component,.that system is not workin in my t.v.. I have comlained several time to the dealer but there is no response .

                                                      I have bought a LG colour TV 14" inch in las t year 24th May'09. last year from October it was getting automatically switched on/off. i had logged a clal for service a engineer has come for repair. after a week same problems was getting then again logged a call for repair engineer has come they repaired but problem still persist in my TV. i have done a mistake after bought a TV from LG. again I logged a call on 13th Apr'10 but haven't heard anything till date.

                                                      L G — DAMAGED WASHING MACHINE SENT 5 TIMES

                                                      We purchased a washing machine from Sargam in east patel nagar on 27/9/2010. In the last 3 weeks 5 defective/damaged machines were delivered at our address. All the machines were sent back the very same day. A complaint regarding the same. When we tried to approach the LG people regarding the status we were in for a rude shock. Not only did the refuse to deliver the machine but also put the refund on hold for next one month.
