[Resolved] Lava Mobiles — Faulty Mobile Handset | |||
I bought a Intel Xolo mobile from Lava which I sent for repair twice due to the signal issue. Even after the repair, there is still problem with the handset. The problem is, the handset keep dropping the signal and thus effectively useless. Xolo customer executive and call center facility is pathetic and even after repeated attempts, no one connects me to higher official. To a mail, they do not bother to reply unless they feels. So, I wish not to send my handset for the repair third time as they are not competent enough to solve the problem and thus insists on refund of money for their faulty handset and pathetic service.
