[Resolved]  Lee Cooper Shoes — Soles wearing in 1 month - Hardly walking

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

Hi

Just before going to Chicago for the IMTS trade show at the McCormic place I had purchased a pair of Le Cooper Boot type shoes from Shoppers Stop Inorbit Mall on 9 Sept 2010. Cash Memo 5473 dated 9 Sept 2010. - Register 012 My ICICI Bank Credit card ************7013 Master card was swiped at 19:52 hrs. I paid Rs 2,385.0 for the shoes (Item[protected]/BLACK/S041/NCL and also purchased some socks and handkerchiefs. The total amount swiped was Rs 2,933.00

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency at at Chicago and walked to the IMTS trade show from the hotel to the show. If you have been to the Hyatt Regency you will see that it is connected by carpet up to the McCormic place which also happens to be fully carpeted.

The only time I walked on concrete or tar roads were from the car to the restaurants in the evenings when we went out to dinner. I have then use the shoes at Danbury for around 3 days. Here again I did not walk much, only from the car to dinner and from the car to enter the office building.

In India I have used the shoes on a few occasions but not much as I use my Tata Indica most of the time whenever i have used the shoes. On returning from the US I was alarmed to find that the soles were getting worn off. I had hardly use the shoes and the SOLES seemed to have almost 2 years of wear and tear after walking on carpet most of the time.

Now I have taken a fresh look at the soles once again and think that even a few kilometers of walking will make the SOLES of the shoes completely useless.

Please give me back my money. My First Citizen Number is [protected]

With best regards

Sidney D'Souza
