i puchase lee cooper(size 7) shoe on 18/6/2013... and when i wear it was in big in size... when i hd gone for exchanging the shopkeeper ws not exchanging it... & now i need (size 6)

few months back i purchased a shoe model LC0573 COLOUR BLACK SIZE 44, MRP 2085 MFG-JUL07.after two months the sole started cracking, when i complained about it i was replaced by new one and was told that the preveous one had a expired sole.but to my surprise the second one also had the same result.now i feel embarasing to again go for the same complain.it was purchassed from m/s RACHNA FOOTWEAR CIVIL LINES, ALLAHABAD, UP-211001.now having faith in your company i am making this request to keep my faith in your world class product.

LEE COOPER — Unclear terms and conditions

I bought some Lee Cooper merchandise on 18 October 2008 from the Lee Cooper store in sector 17 (SCO 90-100). My bill was Rs 3698 (Bill number not stated on bill) on which I got a 15% discount because of my participation in the "LC CLAN" sms scheme (LC CLAN COUPON No[protected]. After the discount my bill amounted to Rs 3143 on which i was entitled to get a free watch (The bill amounting to above Rs 3000). However, the store incharge did not give me a free watch stating that I had bought the merchandise on a discount. The 15% discount is a bonus for joining the Lee Cooper Clan, NOT an option between getting a free watch or using the discount. From the last three years I have been shopping at Lee Cooper due to its quality clothing and perfect fits. Not getting the added bonus has dissappointed me as I was not made aware of any such terms and conditions before my purchase. Kindly look into the matter keeping the consumer interests in mind. I hope to get an immediate response.

I am also facing the same problem. I need the contact address or contact number of authorised dealers in Andheri/Mumbai to repair the shoe. I have pruchased the shoe from Loft in Hirandani, Powai during last year and the same got damaged this week. Kindly confirm the number.

I have purchased lee Cooper Shoes and within a span of 2 monts the pasting of the shoes have come out.
those shoes are not wearable anymore.

shoes upper — commercial on domestic

To whom it may concern that B-22, Raj park, Sultan Puri, ND-110086. has domestic meter but renter of the house is using for comercial activities. Some person have been already complaint but the concern person have been removing it for Three years. The ground floor of above said add is a godown and workshop of some Plastic Molding Componenets.

we will be see what is doing against this complaint...the person has used the cheap word abt ndpl officers, he said that ndpl officer are prostetute...

i agree with ur comment.i havwe the same prob with my leecooper shoe and for my surprise they told me that company rulkes doenst have a replacement for the disesased product.its sucks

i have purchased one pair lee cooper shoes (lco550)from gupta traders satwari jammu i wear it only one day upper side of shoe crakes

I am also facing the same problem. My Lee couper shoes are perfect. But the sole is decayed and cracked and its not wearable now. Can I get the contact details in Mumbai for replacing the sole.

I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes(Rs 2285) in Jan 09, In 3 months the heels started peeling off, thought it was a mnor thing, and in May I noticed a crater( ulcer sort in medical terms) which progressively got bigger, the ground side of soles beagn to crack - fissures. I reported to the Outlet from where I had bought it, but can u believe it - the customer handling attitude is exasperatingly dismally to disgusting and frustrating from the managers and the dealers! Is this the same state of things esewhere ? God only must set the client -sellers relations right. I have emailed the complaint, hoping to hear or to get an appropriate action from them.

I have faced the similar problem of my Sole getting cracked and need to have a Lee Coopers direct email to log my complaint. If Lee Cooper cannot take responsibility for the quality of the shoe sole then they should hold their TECH responsible for the incorrect formulation or evaluation.

I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes from Mega Mart ( A Division of Arvind Ltd.), Senior Destination Mall, Mathura Road, Sector 27D, Faridabad, Haryana, on 11//07/09, vide bill no FANLN09369, i was given a warrenty of 4 month from the date of purchase.

I was using my pair of shoes for 15 days, i noticed that all the stichline is broken and i returned the shoes on 30/07/09, shoe room executive promised me to take up the matter with the Lee Cooper officials finally after a follow up of three weeks now i have been told that neither the shoes can be replaced nor repaired, this is really disappointing and i am feeling cheated, spending the money on a known brand means that we should get a product of quality but with such a shrud feedback from the company leads to total lose of faith in the company, while its not a matter of few rupees, customer satisfaction shoud be the first priority.

You are requested to take up the matter.

After using a Lee Cooper Industrial shoe for 2 days, I am convnced that this is an over-hyped brand, with no intrinsic product value.

i have purchased the shoes 1 year back, at hollywood foot ware shopnampally hyderabad.
after 3 months i observed the place where the sole and upper leather joint is splittung.
by this i decided not to purchase the lee coopers shoes.

i bought steel toe tan colour shoe from CHIEF BOOT HOUSE, SCO 87-88, SECTOR 17-D chandigarh on[protected].for Rs. 2600.In two and half months only the sole is starting cracks. I was assured that if something happen to sole, the shoe will be replaced.

I Have purchase lee cooper shoes (Purchase Date December 2009) from Loot store in mira road near station. I suggest everyone not to purchase lee cooper shoes its totally very bad brand
