LeeCooper — Defect in Shoe

I purchased a LeeCooper shoe about six months back from Spencer Plaza Chennai. Now, both the heels of the shoe have big cracks making it impossible to wear the shoe. I had used the same model earlier and it lasted for two years.
I had invested Rs. 2400.00 in the shoe and I want someone at the LeeCooper to take responsibility of this quality issue and address my problem.

I have purchased a pair of Lee cooper shoe few months back. Its kind of started tearing across the joint with the sole. its actually a leather tear & am surprised on the same. Either I repair it properly or I dispose them off. A local shoe repairer is likely to mess it & waste my time & money. Pls suggest me your service centre where I can drop my shoes & get it repaired properly. I do not mind paying necessary charges.

My Name is Praveen Kumar from Chennai.I am the regular user of Lee Cooper shoes.3yrs back i bought shoes and it worked me well.But in Octomber 2010 I bought my 2nd pair of Lee Cooper Shoes from Style Shoppe Hyd.
After 6 months I noticed crack in sole in my right shoe.Why the reputed brand like this is doing such cheap quality of shoes.I expect my problem to be solved

I have purchased lee Cooper Sandal Shoes and within a span of 2 monts the pasting of the shoes have come out.
those shoes are not wearable anymore.
As i found lots of consumers facing same kind of problems

Hi I went to purchase a Jacket in Lee Coooper showroom in R-city. I was with my friends and we were in a happy mood as we all met after a long time. They purchased a Jacet worth Rs 1500 for me as my birthday gift. my friend gave his debit card to pay the bill.As the machine was not working he guy who attened us (named Venky told by him) asked to pay by cash but we all were not having that my of cash. so we asked him what was the alternative for it, the guy (Venky)rudely said in hindi "lena hai tih lo nahi toh chale jaoa"which really hurt us as he was rude with us. we told him boss this is not the way to talk with your customers and i asked him to call his manager. but the guy was very rude and started say that i m the senior in this store. Along with him only 1 guy was there named sohaib. Venky said tht sohaib is new in the stores and i m the only senior.when we asked him to provide the Managers number he said that he was not having it we insisited him to give the number but he replied he dint have for 3 times.the we went to speak with sohaib but Venky interfeared in between and rudley said to Sohaib tht u dont speak a word i can handle this matter. Sohaib was saying sorry but Venky was so rude tht he said no need to say sorry to such customer. we all we pissed off listenin to this thing. we told him tht This is not your own shop, you are working for Lee Cooper and this is not the right way to talk to the customer. but dint agreed to anythin was continued being rude. Finally the other guy named Sohaib came and said sorry sir leave it. Then we asked the Managers number to sohaib then Venky agreed to give the number. He provided us the wrong number supposely his friend number and asked us to spek with him.He told the managers number was Sanjay. we call sanjay but everything was in vain. Can any bodyhelp us How we can raise a complain againt them and such rude behaviour of the store keeper..:(
All this happened in Lee Cooper in R-city mall Ghatkopar West Mumbai.This was the worst experinence. Lee Cooper please keep an educated well mannered people to attend the customer otherwise u are surely gonna loose your business for sure.

I brought recently one pair of lee cooper shoes but the sole was so poor the sole was cracked in so many parts so in future I will not purchase Lee Cooper shoes and all brands that was manufacture by M&B Shoes. So I request to all of you please do not purchase all brands that was manufacture by M&B Shoes

I feel they don't have customer service department and the headquarters mentioned at your website reply abruptly. I have been putting LC shoes from the last 5 years. Its a WORST brand which has stood up in the market without being represented for queries or complaints, this I have come to know recently.

LEE COOPER SHOES / SHOES — SHOES FAULTY

Dear Sir,

As already mentioned in the subject, i had taken a lee cooper shoes but is found to be faulty after using it for 30-45 days. Request to pay attention on it as i have paid higher cost for it and i am not able to find service centre for the same.

yesterday i Bought a Lee Copper shoes .but on 1 wear the shoes upper leather star torn .when i go to that shop from where i bought these shoes they also refuse to talk about it and put all the blame on me i need a proper feedback from lee copper . if not i will take action against them.

I purchased a leecooper shoes for Rs2385.I used it only for 4times the colour is fading and the sole is cracking.I went to the store which i purchased they are telling it is a simple problem and send photo of shoes to customer care.but i did'nt got any satisfactory reply.The shoes is UTTER WASTE.

This is to inform you that I have purchased a pair of formal shoes from Mochi, Pune in the month of June, 2011. The sole of the shoe has worn out in 9 months only. I have explained the same to the dealer who is denying me "After Sales Service" promised to me during the purchase. I am not satisfied with your dealer. Kindly look into the matter asap.

This Is Anu Jindal from Haridwar Uttrakhand, i had purchased an Lee Cooper article from Reliance footprint store located in Pantagon Mall Haridwar before 26 days. and 2 days back i observed that the sole of my both shoes are worn off and then i went to same outlet for replacement as at the time of sale it was said by sales person if there is some problem related to sole cracking and pasting then they will replace it with in 3 months of purchase..

but when i went over there they clearly said no to replace it by saying that Lee Cooper does not provide them such replacement facility. This is something we never expected from lee cooper or any of their business partner. now i feel like we should rather move to some other brands if Lee cooper is not able to provide fair Customer support.

Hi,

Lee Cooper shoes have indeed degraded in quality over the years. During my college life I bought a Lee Cooper shoe that lasted for over 8 years. And this shoe was used in rough conditions like playing football etc.

I recently started earning and went and bought myself 2 LC shoes. I based my decision on past experience of a durable and comfortable shoe. I bought a black and a Brown shoe. The sole of the black shoe started cracking within a week. The company replaced it promptly. However, with the replaced show, the front of the left shoe where the sole is joined there is a small visible line which line has started to separate at the joint.

As for the Brown shoe, the left pair started to tear at the point where the leather meets the sole. I have given the pair to the outlet and the replacement has been approved. However, I am now asking for a refund as I am quite sure this shoe will not last more than 6 months.

Store bought from: M&B Sarita Vihar. Delhi
Model Bought - LC1518 (Brown and Black)
Cost per shoe - 2285/-
