[Resolved]  Lee Cooper/shoes — Defective shoes

I in chandigarh purchased lee cooper shoes from sector-17 outlet few months back but the soul has got broken. This has happened for the second time with me. My last pair of shoes of Lee Cooper had to be thrown off only due to soul having broken. I can share the exact date of purchase also. Before that I wish to know the replacement policy of the company. I am Arvind Kumar Gupta Senior Manager in State Bank Of India. I drive to my office which is 1.5 KM from home. Other than this, I wear these shoes when I am flying to Mumbai or Hyderabad. No walking with these shoes. Shocked to see the sole breaking for the second time. Pl. help.

I bought Lee Cooper Shoes in 09th Nov. 2014 and after 15 days Its soles remove suddenly. I have given that shoes to the shop keeper from where i bought it but he taken 25 days for repairing. After 25 days means on 25th Dec. 2014 he gien me new pair of shoes and he asked me 500 Rs. for replacement charges.

So people dont be full the quality of Lee Cooper is very bad and please dont go for this brand as well as the Shop from where i bought this shoes.

I puchased lee cooper shoe model no - LC2045, color-BLK, Size 40/25.4 cm from Lee cooper show room in Great India Palace i.e. GIP Noida on 25th May 2015... and when I wear it, I found very irritating sound produced by the soul... when I had gone for exchanging then shopkeeper denied for exchanging it or to help me out in this matter.

I purchased Lee cooper shoes for rs 2799 on 14/12/2015 in bangalore from sai vinayaka showroom.But I has already been damaged.When I visited the showroom they are not ready to take it.They are even telling to give compliant to anyone or you can call to customer care and speak.If the real the you has the company believe in customers services please fell free to call me on [protected].Also please find the attached photo of the damage.

I purchased a pair of Lee Cooper shoes from Amazon in November 2015. The threading has started to come off. I contacted Amazon and they mentioned it has manufacturer's warranty for 90 days. Now, I am not sure who will help repair the shoes. I tried calling LC Andheri office but didn't get a response. I emailed them today morning and yet awaiting a response.

I no longer feel like using LC.

regarding soles crack.

I have purchased a Lee Cooper shoe. After few months the soles of shoes are cracked and de-touched. It was surprised me. Worth of the pair is Rs.2399. This was purchased from Pantaloons Siliguri, WB. Is their any option?

Hey, few Days before I had purchased Lee Cooper Brown Men Casual Shoes - Lc9642. But the bottom sole was broken within 3 days. I would like to replace my shoe. Due to non-quality of product received.
I had purchased it from a store nearest to my house, store name is RAVI FOOTWARE, When I was in his shop they told me that replacement is not possible and they are not ready to refund the money. In that case what should I do. His behavior was not good, If my shoes will not get replaced or will not get refund then I will go for other legal Procedure.
