[Resolved]  Lee Cooper/shoes — Defective shoes

oh...this is shocking!!!
too many complaints..i bought a leather shoes after 16 days leather started toring off...

i bought leecooper formal shooes cost rs 2500/ 2 months before from EA MALL CHENNAI.now it is getting worn out and the laces broke .so, kindly help in getting out of this as i'm an IT professional.So, i need to sort out this asap.

I purchased a lee cooper shoes from mega brands Bangalore, while selling the shop staff said that there is a warranty up to 6 months.

Am using from last 3 months, now the shoes lost their color and looks like a very bad.

what to do tell me??

lee cooper brand is totally waste of money. i bought lee cooper shoes, after 4 and half month the leather of the shoes becomes worst.i think the multinational company is making just . and they are cheating with their customers. I noticed that the sewn leather of shoes is getting dull and damage, right-now leather has totally faded, and its worst right now.I go for lee cooper shoes spending huge amount for durability and comfort. If this is not being matched, i believe I AM CHEATED.I want either my money back or my shoes replace. I started using the product around 30 days back and the right side sole started coming off. So let me know that - “Is your company manufacturing products having life of 1-3 months?” Please let me make one thing clear from my end that neither I have used your product trekking nor for playing football, I am an employee and travel in four wheeler only and there should not be any possibility for any such operational fault at this early state. Please note that this is not the first product I purchased from Lee Cooper but indeed the first which has come out as a substandard product.

I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes(Rs 2385) in Oct 30, 2012 from SYLCON, SARAH SHOES, KMC/IX/256, 257, MATTEETHARA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, BAKER JUNCTION, M C ROAD, KOTTAYAM., In 30 days the heels started peeling off, thought it was a mnor thing, and again I noticed a crater( ulcer sort in medical terms) which progressively got bigger, the ground side of soles beagn to crack - fissures. I reported to the Outlet from where I had bought it, but can u believe it - the customer handling attitude is exasperatingly dismally to disgusting and frustrating from the managers and the dealers! Is this the same state of things elsewhere ? God only must set the client -sellers relations right. I have emailed the complaint, hoping to hear or to get an appropriate action from them.

The purchase was in the month of October 2012.

Now I am working in Dubai, UAE and one of my shoe damaged ( lower side of left pair ) without any reason.

The cost of the shoe was Rs. 2500/-

I have 3 pair of shoes and the usage is very minimum.

With in a time of 6 months the shoe became useless.

What can I do sir..

i puchase lee cooper(size 7) shoe on 18/6/2013... and when i wear it was in big in size... when i hd gone for exchanging the shopkeeper ws not exchanging it... & now i need (size 6)
