[Resolved]  Lenovo — Not received diwali gifts

Sir, I purchased a lenovo model no.5312-2LQ, S.no.1S53122LQMB25593 on[protected] from Abhinav computers and stationers111, manali house, near Mehndiratta hospital, Ambala city e-mail [protected]@rediff.com.An authorised dealer of your company .The gift item opted by me viz (1)-canon colour inkjet printer bj photoprinter ip1300(2)-powercom ups have not been supplied to me as promised.I made several queries with my dealer as well as customer care of lenovo service on differet dates but by now I have not received any communication to this effect . May I expect earliest responsefrom your part or should I have to proceed further for the redressal of my grievance?
