Dear Sir We have purchase a Lenovo Laptop Y500 in july 2007. I have a problem in my CD/DVD RW.The CD/DVD Rw read only original CD/DVD like Windows Vista, Lens Cleaner. I try to Clean that lens and contact to the dealer of Lenovo in Sikar(Rajasthan).But No Response. Please Solve my problem as soon as possible by email. this lenovo y 500 is the worst series started...i have also replaced my cd/dvd rom within the warranty period twice but no use...what is the use of buying this much expensive lapop when now we can find hp and dell laptops at a very cheap rate as compared to this...i want a solution from the company asap...
