[Resolved] Lenskart.com — product not delivered and not getting refund .

Hi ,
I have placed an order with this website and the order no. is [protected] . I have not received the product and the website doesnot have any idea where the product is . I called them to get a refund and every time they give a different excuse . I have escalated the case but there was no effect . They are treating a customer very badly.and i feel helpless to get my money back from these websites . I have spent a lot of money calling them and i want to raise a complaint . Please help me get my money back and the money i have spent on phone calls.

I ordered my contact lens from lenskart.com .and its placed on 04/12/2012 but still I haven't got my product. I am in contact with customer care from past weeks but I didn't got any positive reply from them.
