[Resolved] Letsbuy.com — Fake promises | |||
Its really surprising how letsbuy treating its customers and taking care of logistics. Ordered a coffee machine on 6th November, no response till 14th Nov. (it was mentioned in the product details, that DELIVERY period is 2-4working days) After a sour mail on 14th to letsbuy, my order was finally shipped on 16th nov. And today, 17th nov, i get a mail from letsbuy that, delivery failed because, consignee was not available. PLEASE NOTE: I was home since yesterday dint move out atall, AND... I guess if there were intentions to deliver the order, then the designated courier person should have placed one call on the number provided to find out about the address or availability.... I was very enthusiast while placing my order (LSB-934514) on[protected], as this was my first Anderiod phone and also first order in Lets Buy.The offer was best among all websites for the mobile phone Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V (White) from your website.The delivery SLA is 2-4 days in website when i ordered and even now when i am writing the mail.
My enthusiasm died away when i called on 23rd March and inquired about the order.The customer care executive failed to reply and just created a ticket for my query.He also marked that it will take 48 hrs to get a reply on the ticket(discounting the Saturday and Sunday).On the seventh day from the order date when i inquired the customer care executive says its oos and they are arranging!! What a reply!!! The stocks are oos but showing instock in website?? ...this is total cheating. And also explains why its such a delay because when you guys takes 48 hrs to reply for query then it is obvious delivery of goods will take more than 7days +...
The best part of you customer service is LetsBuy don't even have a toll free number...LOL. You people don't even have etiquette to call the customer & intimate the delay.Your 45 days guarantee replacement warranty seems hoax after experiencing the above.
