Hello, I had ordered a mobile handset from Letsbuy.com. The mobile has a defect that i am not able to hear anything on it . I have the DOA certificate with me and now i am trying to contact the customer support at letsbuy.com, but there is no one available on the 24*7 customer support Emails are never responded I have emailed the customer care at letsbuy.com but there is no support available My Email : Hello Support, With reference to my talk with Support at Letsbuy.com I have collected the DOA certificate from the Spice Service Center (Ahmedabad, Gujarat).
