I received the following three emails from letsbuy.com after making an order no LSB-927276 on 16/03/2012 but I have not received any response from them till today, the 22nd March 2012. I had ordered 3 electronic products from letsbuy.com for a value of Rs. 3934 and after applying a gift coupon for Rs. 2000, I made a payment of Rs. 1934. After the online payment was made from my account, no order was generated. When I checked with the customer care, I was told that although the order has been processed with order no LSB 199622, I need to send the screenshot of payment and my proof of identity. Even after I sent the requisite documents, I was told that the payment has to be confirmed by the payment processor, which has not happened since the last 5 days, strangely.
Therefore, I urge readers of this complaint to abstain from buying from Letsbuy.com unless they have money to throw.
