[Resolved]  Levis Strauss India — length of the jeans after alteration

Dear sir/Madam,


I had purchased a new pair of jeans from Levis store in orbit mall at bangalore on the 20th of August 2012 but since i live in mysore and i was leaving to mysore the same day,they told me that i can get my jeans altered anywere in levis store across India. so i came back to mysore and gave the jeans to the levis store at mysore Devaraja urs road on the 22nd august 2012 to alter the length to 37 1/2 inches.But when they gave it to me the jeans was altered and the lenth was 36 inches.I brought it to their notice and they checked the alteration slip and noticed and regretted their mistake and advised me to contact you.


I kindly request you to replace the jeans and give me a new one.

I had mailed to their help desk on the 9 /9/2012. but so far no reply has come.
