LG Electronics — defective appliance | |||
With the help of Bajaj finance I just about managed to buy an LG refrigerator, model no ; LG GL-408YSQG4, delivery was done on 28/11/12. I was shocked to find that it just stopped cooling today barely 6 months after purchase. I ordered it at e-zone and tried calling the Malad showroom at Infinity mall , but it just kept ringing for hours. Called the e zone call centre who assured me that the store would call me in 2 hrs but they did not call. The fridge is stacked and in this weather all the perishables will have to be binned.
