sir, 1. order no.[protected] cancelled after 3 months 2. order no[protected] cancelled after 3 months 3. order no[protected] cancelled after 2 months Order no.3 was for a mobile LG KG110, after keeping my money for approx 2 months, indiaplaza cancelled my order by saying item could not be procured. I lost even my bank interest for 2 month. No compensation for it, just lip service - we apologise for your inconvenience. after order no.1 indiaplaza promised that such thing would not happen in future, please treat this as a isolated case, yet after it 2 cases happened. As the mrp of lg kg110 was rs.2975.00, i requested them to supply me any other mobile within the same MRP but at the same offer price which I paid for LG KG110 but no answer to this point at all.
