Kindly refer to our wireless Phone No. [protected], which we are continuously using for a long time. Since last 6-8 months before we have faced the problem in instrument. After getting result from your service center we have to purchase new one from your authorized dealer M/S Sapphire Sales, (with Invoice No. 5607, Dt. 18/06/2011, Model: LG LSP-450R) Indore [M.P.]. But within a 2 month we have to face the problem. In this regard we have requested to your customer care. Even after our continuo follow-up they couldn’t reach as per their commitment. After a long someone collect the instrument & doesn’t reply to us more than 7 days. We again call to him & some of your executive told that he is on leave. After 15-20 days & more the instrument is get back in the same form without any kind of resolution with the Job Sheet Mentioned “ Please Change The DOA “ on behalf of this report we go to the above said authorized dealer who denied to replace it with the explanation that he haven’t the stock for the same. He also told that if you submitted it today, then it may be possible to replace within 10-15 days or more depend on situation. Then after, we also go to your Reliance Customer Care Office, Star World, in front of T.I. Indore. They have also explained the same that they haven’t the stock right now.
In thus way it’s the clear picture that in spite of your commitment you haven’t pay attention to the customer and fraud to customer with your flexible false commitment.
After wearing the whole matter. We strait forward inform you that if the problem is not resolved within 24 hours, this matter will be bring in front of consumer court & all kind of losses against the cause made under the situation will be borne by your company.
So kindly take this matter seriously & update to us on most urgent basis.
