i bought mirowave oven of LG.the front panel became non functional.so we complained to authorised service agent in dharampeth nagpur.ythe service person came changed the panel and we paid him fuul charges.the new panel worked only once.after many calls ,personal visits,that service centre is not changing the defective panel.i am wasting time and energy.i feel cheated.now i have decided never to buy LG product.i will also encourage others...

I bought a LG optimus Black (Rs.20,400) on 8th august from Univercell-Sahakarnagar branch. Immediately after a day I found out that there was a problem in the handset. We purchased LG Refrigerator with Model GL368YVQG4 with Sr. No. 002LPSY000158 Last Year in March 2010. We had an issue with Refrigerator Cooling in May 2011. The Engineer Visited(RMA[protected] and diagnosed with Gas leakage. The engineer filled the gas and replaced a copper part on 11th May 2011. We were charged Rs 1017 for Gas filling.
