Respected Sir,
I have bought LG GX200 Mobile in Last month. After one week, My mobile get some problems. Main problem is, when dialing the phone, suddenly it was happened to switch off. When it was again try to on the mobile, it need a let of time to work. I gave it to a mobile mechanic, and he reported me that, they can't repair it effectively. They informed me to write this complaint to you, because the set has some manufactureing defects. Now there is no off option for my mobile camera. There is no Rock talk Function, Orkut function and Mp3 dowanloading options. Today it get new problems, message can't be sent, Can't sent cantacts, minor voice for loud speaker etc. I have made talk with Mr.Shinu kottaram(Mob.no.[protected]). shinu kottaram no takephone no solve the problem next explain shinu theconsumer court regiter case lg company informed me that all the problems are over. Hence the problems are contincing. so I request you to take some remedial measures.This is the fourth time.One more time service and service centre. Ihave writttered to you. I expect a desert effort from you. I not i will access consumer court

    faulty auto defrosting

    i bought a double door refrigerator LG / model GL368yvq G5 on 19/2/2011 .for some time the auto defrosting was not working for which i complained number of times. now i realised that the refrigerator installed to me was model GL365yvqg5.this refrigerator is a lower model.secondly it's auto defrosting is not working....

    LG Washing Machine — REPEATED PROBLEM

    LG Washing Machine — repeated requests for repairs

    After numerous requests for a service engineer to even come and look at my machine, We were given a id no; s9cb0505058. With this no; we were assured our problem would be relayed to an engineer.
    After about 3 weeks one actually came ,proceeded to disconnect a full washing machine told me not to use it and he would return after 2 days with the new part. That was 5 weeks ago,
    I have rang the centre in Bangalore quoting the useless above no and been assured they would talk to an engineer and get back to me. Well surprise! surprise I,m still waiting for that call.
    Considering how much money LG spend on their TV advertising they should realise that the best publicity is word of mouth; sadly after reading all the other complaints there's not a lot to be positive about. So come on LG get off your asses!! and get some repairs done.

    LG Washing Machine — repair

    nobody responds from lg service centre even after repeated calls.
    customer care responds pathetically. just one excuse every time that my contact no is not responding, at the same time i am receiving several different calls on same no.

    LG Service Centre of Washing Machines is terrible! Some road-side plumber type guy comes, looks at the machine & never addresses my complaint head-on. My complaint is: While the time shown on controller is 39 minutes foor full operation from wash to dry, the machine is actually taking more than 75 minutes. The road-side plumber type guy who visits from LG srvice centre makes just one statement: the water pressure influences the timing. That is insulting the intelligence of the consumer- certainly water-pressure might affect the timing, but 10-15 % is acceptable limit. Here, we are talking of almost 200% more time being taken. My Water pressure is probably higher than envisaged in the design of the machine, vertainly not deficient to the extent the machine should take 200% more time. LG Washing machine service centre is a BIG HOAX.

    a service engineer visited my house and informed me that the spring lid is faulty. the spring has broken and it needs to be replaced.
    this visit was on 25th june 2010. i am yet to get my machine repaired after repeated requests.

    Dear Sir,

    I have Purchased LG Washing Machine fully automatic, top loading system, after warranty period machine was repaired not woking condition, purchase date is 01.12.2008.

    I have asked for repair LG Washing Machine Customer Care Centre. vide Customer ref. No:[protected] dt 03.12.2010 & various dates are[protected],[protected],[protected], it is very poor response from your Service centre.

    Service Centre Shreeji Engineering, person came after 13 days from 03.12.10 to 15.12.10, that service person says some push parts can be replaced, he says I will come with material next day.

    I have called on 17.12.10, he says only for your machine repair i will not come, he says that area require another 6 to 7 customer complaint required otherwise i will not attend the same.

    I am daily dialling phone call to Service Centre M/s Shree Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai, Mobile No: [protected], [protected], [protected] .

    Service attended Person Mr. Kalpesh Rathore Mobil No: [protected] now both are not lifting the phone.

    My question is LG product after warranty period will not work or disposal item, after completion of warrnty period machine is not working.

    In India LG product is very good name & and also Excellent product name, kindly protect the protect, this type of service centre destroy your business very shortly.

    Kindly instruct to Service Engineer to attend my washing machine to be repaired in time.

    1. I am Alok Kumar and was a fan of LG products before this happened to me.
    2. My LCD TV has been lying unused for past 4 months. Your technicians have not been able to repair it despite several complaints. He says " It is beyond his technical abilities". I consider it as a case of very poor service support.
    3. Please tell me why LG can not repair my TV which is not even 2 years old and which was working perfectly fine till one day it refused to dispaly picture.
    4. I am determined to take up this matter to the highest forum and will certainly look for other options to redress my grievances.

    I have booked a complaint with LG regarding LCD TV the complaint number is RNA[protected] there engineer visited suggested a part replacement by Monday but still it is not replaced I have already their customercare 5 times I am not getting answer from them and when I spoke to the engineer he said it will take 3 days more. The engineer last visited us on Thursday.

      on 17/05/11 i bought an air conditioner bearing model no.LSA5ER5S from M/S.Raj Mahal.after about 10 days from the date of purchase i lodged a problem of air swing panel.it was not swinging.it was checked by LG local service center and was told that it has to be changed.but till date it has not been replaced.i visited the service center several times and told abt my problem.but they do say the stock is out of order and preach me to run the AC with fan to avoid directed flow of air.i m very much disappointed by the response.in future i wont ever prescribe any one to go for the LG products for their poor service commitment.service centers contact no is as follows-[protected](M) and [protected](O).looking forward for an escalated step from your end.thanking you in anticipation.

        my microwave not working and made the complaint on 7th sep 8.30am and complaint no.RNA[protected] no action taken for more than 36hrs then said the part is not working and took another three days then said some other part is not working and now the other part is not there with them is what the technician telling they gave me two telephone no. of higher authority and the number is [protected] of Ms. Suvarna Sawant and other Number [protected] of Mr.sandesh both the number is not attended by the concern person.
        And i have taken 3yrs contract from LG Appliance for repair of Microwave in which they said all part will be easily available till the contract period is there but now they say they dont have touch pad with them. more than a week past but i still regret to tell mine LG MICROWAVE is still in non working condition please help me out as early as possible in case if they dont have the touch pad i request u to please let them replace mine microwave with new product

          We have purchased LG refrigator few years back with model no.LG GL 296TM . We have contacted customer care for some plastic iteam like tray is broken over a period of time but they are unable to provide the spare part as the model is stopped by them . My question to them then what should customer do with that fridge where tray and veg. box is in bad shape . They are forcing customer to sell the old one and buy new one ,wrong practice by the company.

          Hi,
          With regards to my LCD model 37lh50yr bought in 2010, which is not under warranty.
          The LCD's panel got damaged and I was seeking for help from LG to repair it with willingness to pay for service and part.
          Now LG says the parts are not available and i have to throw the TV. The TV cost 55000 and now because they
          dont keep stop in India Branch I have to buy new one.
          What kind of business is this where once SOLD such expensive device the company does not care about providing
          services or parts if device is damaged. Is it all about selling and if so, should not the company inform or give a disclaimer that part will not be available after so-so many years. We will be aware and not buy such product at such high price. It seems it is all about selling. Now even if i want to pay and repair there are no part.

          How can this be put forward to the company so that consumers are aware in future.

          i am satish. purchased washing machine front load on august 2010 .got problem not working . i raise complaint to customer care with complaint no RNA[protected] .Service manager checked the machine .Advice me to change some parts in washing machine

            I complained on 16th august11 towards the tampered door and turn table plate which is not revolving. Engineer Mr Amit visited on 17th, but till date i have not received any feedback.

            I have spoken to customer care thrice and to Mr Amit but only promising anwers are the one we could get.
            I also spoke to his senior but to no avial. Not only this i am communicating with lg service continously but they are not bothered. I just get regret mails.

            I was given the number of Mr Sumit Bajaj, branch service manager but he is not taking the calls.

            My complain number is RNA[protected]. Also note that I have availaed three year warrnaty service as well. Form no. HLP HC03704 and serial number 901DRDQ000394. th e same is in my husbands name Mr Ravinder Singh.

            I have been told that door and the rubber ring is not available as such they need time but its hysterical as such pleae look into the matter on priority.

            LG / Microwave — PART NOT AVAILABLE

            dear sir,

            i have logded a complaint on 21st january through you toll free number, your engineer has visited us next day and informed us that silica mica part was to be
            repalced in my microwave, and he will get it done next day, but till date this part is not available at your service centre, i donot know why in such big companies small parts are not available, today once again we have complianed to your toll free number but still part is not available .

            Please check into this and get it repaired immidietly.

            I have purchased a microwave oven on 14/12/10 of MWO 7649 & it is not working on 14/9/11 .
            I simply put a complaint on L.G. customer care number . They give me RNA[protected]
            and say that enginer will visit . he visit and checked my microwave & say that its display is
            not working & he will replace it in 2-3 days and today is 19-9-11 anyone will not come to correct it .

              I Bought LG Refrigerators in april 2011, it stop working even after 2 months from purchase then i complinted to service centre they came and repair. now after two months from repair it stop working again. this time they ask me to bring fridge to service centre by my own cost. i send it to service centre, its been two weeks i sent my unit to them still there is no proper resposnse from service centre. i dont know when i can i get back fridge. oh! god. bloddy damn LG.

But day by day it go on increasing & it cover my hole screen.In mean time I had gone out station for some of my official work. I complained it to shop on 10.09.10 , but he says your laptop is out of warranty so we could not do any thing you have to replace you LCD screen. Because of my urgency I had changed it by new one.

                My question is that LG like world class company, how such type of fault could come in Laptop. Is laptop are purchase for 1year ?
                Is Shop person can behave like this ?

                If it is so I will prefer people should not go for laptop in which LG Display LCD Screen mounted. I am thinking that it may happen some time but I surprise my friend Mr. Sachin who had also purchase same laptop along with me he has facing same problem from 05.09.11 onword. Thats why I mail to you, It is HP or LG Display mistake by which we are in trouble & loosing our money to replace LCD screen.

                May be it is very late to mail you…

                But you see the matter why It happen. And If possible, please change my LCD Screen with original one.

                I hope you will take-up this issue positively & customer supportive outcome will come.

                lg Monitor(lcd) — malfunctioning of monitor

                Problem:
                1. on pressing auto key, whole screen gets shifted on one side/upside/downside.
                2. colour problem. more amount of red and blue colour is present on the screen.
                3. sometimes lining are also coming on the screen.

                We have get replaced once the product in dec, 08. but some or the other problem comes.
                this product of lg is totally a failure.

                Person/service man comes, changes one circuit and goes off. and than the problem persists.

                fedup with the product...Lg please take this product back and return our money..

                  MISHANDLING OF WINDOW AC BY SERVOTAX, NOIDA–LG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER

                  Despite of launching complaint on consumer complaints.in, LG SERVICE branch office has been dealing with me on the lines of extracting more money instead of penalizing the service center SERVOTAX,NOIDA for paying for the necessary repair/replacement cost of the compressor. The branch office is providing discounts on the new compressor or new AC instead of loading the cost of compressor on the service provider for it's replacement for which I will have to shell out more money. GOOD BUSINESS SENSE BUT POOR SERVICE BY LG.

                  No doubt that such strategic dealing with the service centres have led to deteriorating after sales services by LG.Good after sales services by LG have become a thing of past and has not been witnessed in last two years by me.BUYERS BEWARE...

                  It is to be mentioned that the approach of LG with regard to my complaint is negative and LG is trying to wash its hand from the poor services provided by the service center instead of penalizing them by replacing the compressor at their own cost. It is high time that LG services take a sensitive stand on the mishandling of my window AC sent to their authorized service center SERVOTAX, NOIDA for repairs after registering a series of complaints at LG customer care. I have been harassed mentally, physically and financially by LG for the last two months. In this connection, I would like to raise the following questions on the consumer protection and its rights:

                  The compressor of my AC was working fine when SERVOTAX, NOIDA took it away for capacitor change after a blast in AC. Later on, when they returned the same on 22.08.11, it had failed in their shop. The AC was drawing more current and the same was informed to LG service center vide complaint number RNA[protected] dated 23.08.11. With your swift services, they could collect it on 28.08.11 from my house and declare on 05.09.11 telephonically that the compressor has failed. Please note the quality of your service.

                  A blast had occurred in my AC after the gas was refilled by SERVOTAX, NOIDA due to left out moisture which could have been dangerous for our family. The blast had occurred on the night when AC was delivered to me with refilled gas. The same was telephonically informed to SERVOTAX, NOIDA the next morning, they again promised to collect the AC. Please refer my complaint number RNA[protected] dated 09.08.11 in this regard. Please note the quality of your service.

                  The gas was refilled as the gas had leaked on the second day of filling the gas by SERVOTAX, NOIDA and delivering it to me. Please refer my earlier complaints RNA[protected] DATED 19.07.11 AND RNA[protected] dated 21.07.11 in this regard. Please note the quality of your service.

                  When my AC was taken for refilling, the louvers were in working condition and there was no misalignment of the temperature knob. Now it has both the problems. Please note the quality of your service.

                  Please note that my AC is still with SERVOTAX, NOIDA for the last two months and I am left to suffer in the hot and humid weather because of none other than your esteemed authorized serice center. Please note the quality of your service.

                  Please explain how as a customer I am responsible for any of the above faults in the window AC and why should I pay for any repairs to be carried out in my AC for making it working. Please note your sensitivity towards the customer complaints.

                  Despite of all the above, you have sided with SERVOTAX, NOIDA and have taken a loyal consumer for a ride. No action has been taken by you against them and return my AC in working condition to me after accepting the mistakes at your end.

                  Due to all the above, the scrap value of my working AC has reduced to zero only because I got it serviced through LG. My complaints dated 19.07.11, 21.07.11, 29.07.11, 03.08.11, 09.08.11 and 23.08.11 tells about the series of problems I have faced after SERVOTAX started repairing my AC.

                  It is really shameful that LG as a big corporate group have failed to bring justice to their loyal customers and have in turn sided with the poor service provider like SERVOTAX, NOIDA. The quality of good services provided by them is quite evident from the above.

                  You are once again requested to look into the woes of your customer and bring justice to me.

                  LG AC — Not working.- Roof AC

                  We had lodged the complaint initially in the month of July 2009 and continuously following up with the service centre.Though it is in the warranty period, the service centre persons are not responding. They had checked once and left without repairing the AC.

                  Till date, no response from the local service centre- MR.VASUDEVA REDDY PH:[protected].

                  LG Window AC 1.5 t — Money paid in full, but the product (Window AC) not delivered after 26 days

                  On 14th March, 2010, I went to Big Bazaar's Jamshedpur (jharkhand) shop to purchase an Window model AC of LG. The Manager of Electronics section, Mr Shashi, has booked an 1.5 t AC of LG make. I paid Rs 14517, and exchange coupon of Rs 2000/-, vide Electronics Delivery Challan No 60671, Site Code 4843.

                  However, the AC was not delivered till today, 7th April, 2010. After repeated follow-up, I got the reply from Mr Sashi, and Shop Manager, that there is some problem of relationship with LG vs Big Bazaar. Till date I am not sure, when the AC will be delivered. I repent for going to Big Bazaar to purchase an electronic item. It is how they lure honest customers by giving exchange offers and then harass them with poor service.

                  Now I have two options - either deliver the AC immediately or return me the money of Rs 16517/- (including Rs 2000/- paid through exchange coupons). A third option - going to consumer forum - is also open.

                  I hope Big Bazaar management will take immediate action.

                  yes it is true that Big Bazaar has very poor sales service. their motto is to provide all under one roof but the quality specially of the electronics goods is very poor. i request other consumers not buy any electronic goods from Big bazaar. it is good only for buying domestic food materials.
                  on lodging the complaint at the toll free no.the service personnel came and tell us that display of the a/c is defective, and he will come on the next day to fix the defective part and the further repairing will be done and also amc will be taken by him.

                    I wish to inform you that I, Rahul Roy have purchased a LG Mobile model no T300 before 6-8 month ago. In between my mobile become defective. immediatlly I have given to Sigra,Varanasi Service Centre for its repairing. But after delaying 7-8 days they have express thier inablility to rectify the problem of my mobile set. After that I have given the hand set on Rathyatra, Service Centre.They have told me that it will take around 7 days to rectify the problem. After seven days they have given me an alternet mobile hand set and told that it will take 10 more days to rectify the problem. After so many request till date i.e. 12/09/2011 they have not given me my mobile nither they have rectify the problem. Sir without my own hand set I am facing tremdous problem and got Frustrated. Sir Kindly arrange to give back my original handset other wise I will compled to lodge case in Consumer Court as it become too late arround more than a month.

                    LG Mobile — delay in repairing

                    I have given my mobile handset model lg p520 for the problem of touch pad not working properly on 30/06/2011 till the date it has not repaired and still they are saying it will take 3-4 days more to avail the spares they have given me stand by hand set for use but i m not satisfied with it.

                      LG MICROWAVE OVEN MODEL MC 7148 MS PURCHASED IN NOVEMBER 2010. ON/OFF SYSTEM NOT FUNCTIONING. DISPLAY NOT WORKING. COMPLAINT BOOKED on 22nd AUGUST 2011 UNDER NO RNA[protected]. SERVICE PERSON ATTENDED AFTER 3 DAYS AND PROMISED TO REPLACE IN A WEEK'S TIME.

                      ALSO BOOKED ONLINE COMPLAINT ON 1ST SEPT 2011. NOW IT'S MORE THAN 3 WEEKS ELAPSED. NO INFORMATION. CANT USE THE INSTRUMENT.

                      NO ONE IS NOW BOTHERED TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. IS THIS CALLED CUSTOMER CARE? SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE TREATMENT IS NEVER EXPECTED FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE LG.
                      Exactly, i have filed a complain on 17th August reg the non functional key pad of my microwave purchased on 25th sept 2010, the service eng visited once and said that will replace the same ASAP.


                      No response thereafter, upon inquiring forn the toll free no they said, my tel no was not reachable so they have cancelled the complain.

                      Even after registering the complain on second occassion, about a week back, no response at all.

                      I suppose they are just waiting for the 1 yr warranty to lapse.

                      LG: Practically no after sale servicem very poor, would recommend not to buy any LG product.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Please refer my various e-mails vide which I have tried to bring to the kind notice of LG Services- the plight of the loyal customers of LG and the insensitive attitude shown so far by LG Service. I have five items of LG in my house ranging from Washing machine, microwave, two window AC and LG Color TV. These items were bought by me considering the after sales service provided by LG.

                        However, it is regretted to note that since last two years, the services of LG have deteriorated and I am repenting on my decision to buy LG products. The franchisee service centres of LG are experimenting with the customer products and delaying the services. Any fault on the part of the service centres are passed on to the customer stating that the item has grown old.

                        I would again like to bring to your kind notice the following facts stating my plight and poor services rendered by SERVOTAX,LG Service Center, NOIDA:

                        My window AC is in the workshop of SERVOTAX,LG since July’11 on one account or the other.

                        My AC was working fine and was sent to SERVOTAX,NOIDA for gas filling . My original complaint was for filling the gas in AC vide RNA[protected] dated 19.07.11 July’11.
                        The gas leaked on the second day itself due to poor services provided by SERVOTAX,NOIDA.
                        When AC was returned after refilling by gas, the capacitor blasted due to moisture left out in AC while testing leakage in the SERVOTAX,NOIDA. This is again carelessness on the part of SERVOTAX,NOIDA. Any bigger blast would have been dangerous to me & my family.
                        Please note that even the louvers were not rotating when SERVOTAX,NOIDA returned AC to us for use after repair. This clearly shows carelessness on the part of authorized service center of LG who created this new problem.
                        After changing the capacitor, when the AC was returned to us by SERVOTAX,NOIDA, it was found that the AC is drawing more current approx 42 amp leading to power off in the house. In addition to this, the louvers were still not rotating and the temperature knob has been misaligned wherein we could not fix the knob. This also shows the carelessness on the part of authorized service center of LG.
                        My AC has again bee taken by LG in the last week of Aug’11 and is lying with SERVOTAX,NOIDA.
                        Upon bringing the same to your notice, you have stated that AC was ten years old and hence compressor has failed. Please note that I have another AC in my house which is of equal age but its compressor is working fine. So it cannot be said that because of age, compressor has failed.
                        It is to be noted that LG has shown insensitiveness to my complaint and I am suffering in the hot and humid weather with my AC in SERVOTAX,NOIDA for so long. LG has been asking me to pay for the compressor of AC which has failed in SERVOTAX,NOIDA workshop while repair and not in my house during use.
                        It is very clear that SERVOTAX,NOIDA has created one problem after the other by the repairs carried out by them and LG has sided with their authorized service center instead of bringing justice to the loyal customer.
                        After compressor failure, even the scrap value of my AC has reduced to zero by none other than LG authorized service center.
                        Please note all my complaints have been brought to the notice of LG customer care and various service request numbers are available in your record.
                        In view of above, I again request LG to look into the poor services provided by SERVOTAX,NOIDA and fix the responsibility of compressor failure on it who had time and again done defective repair leading to failure of one part after the other. Please note that I am suffering since July’11 and any attempt by LG to side with Service Center shall be gross injustice to the consumer. Even the life of my family has been endangered due to their defective repairs. You are once again requested to get the necessary repairs done by LG themselves at their cost and immediately return my AC in working condition to me.

                        Your approach with regard to my complaint is negative and LG is trying to wash its hand from the poor services provided by the service center instead of penalizing them by replacing the compressor at their own cost. It is high time that LG services take a sensitive stand on the mishandling of my window AC sent to their authorized service center SERVOTAX, NOIDA for repairs after registering a series of complaints at LG customer care. I have been harassed mentally, physically and financially by LG for the last two months. In this connection, I would like to raise the following questions on the consumer protection and its rights:

                        The compressor of my AC was working fine when SERVOTAX, NOIDA took it away for capacitor change after a blast in AC. Later on, when they returned the same on 22.08.11, it had failed in their shop. The AC was drawing more current and the same was informed to LG service center vide complaint number RNA[protected] dated 23.08.11. With your swift services, they could collect it on 28.08.11 from my house and declare on 05.09.11 telephonically that the compressor has failed. Please note the quality of your service.

                        A blast had occurred in my AC after the gas was refilled by SERVOTAX, NOIDA due to left out moisture which could have been dangerous for our family. The blast had occurred on the night when AC was delivered to me with refilled gas. The same was telephonically informed to SERVOTAX, NOIDA the next morning, they again promised to collect the AC. Please refer my complaint number RNA[protected] dated 09.08.11 in this regard. Please note the quality of your service.

                        The gas was refilled as the gas had leaked on the second day of filling the gas by SERVOTAX, NOIDA and delivering it to me. Please refer my earlier complaints RNA[protected] DATED 19.07.11 AND RNA[protected] dated 21.07.11 in this regard. Please note the quality of your service.

                        When my AC was taken for refilling, the louvers were in working condition and there was no misalignment of the temperature knob. Now it has both the problems. Please note the quality of your service.

                        Please note that my AC is still with SERVOTAX, NOIDA for the last two months and I am left to suffer in the hot and humid weather because of none other than your esteemed authorized serice center. Please note the quality of your service.

                        Please explain how as a customer I am responsible for any of the above faults in the window AC and why should I pay for any repairs to be carried out in my AC for making it working. Please note your sensitivity towards the customer complaints.

                        Despite of all the above, you have sided with SERVOTAX, NOIDA and have taken a loyal consumer for a ride. No action has been taken by you against them and return my AC in working condition to me after accepting the mistakes at your end.

                        Due to all the above, the scrap value of my working AC has reduced to zero only because I got it serviced through LG. My complaints dated 19.07.11, 21.07.11, 29.07.11, 03.08.11, 09.08.11 and 23.08.11 tells about the series of problems I have faced after SERVOTAX started repairing my AC.

                          I have raised a query for my washing machine as it was getting stuck
                          when wash was coming to 13min...point to note I have, requested for
                          extended warranty for this, as my washing machine was functioning
                          properly...(it was only getting stuck at 13min) just wanted to get it
                          covered under warranty, JUST to avoid any future problems...

                          Today morning one of LG person came, he said he is service engineer
                          from LG(I was wondering HOW he did not have any LG ID ?) I thought he
                          came to give me extended warranty for my WM(as nobody bothered to
                          contact me IN LAST 8 DAYS and came to check why my washing machine was
                          getting stuck?)...

                          I was taken a back!!!...when he said I don't know about this WM model,
                          I have never worked on it.....(I would HAV not allow him to touch the
                          machine if he would have said it early prior opening the machine)....

                          Then he called up his so called senior..he discussed with him for
                          around half an hour...he was removing something and was experimenting
                          on my machine...he dissected every part of my working WM...while his
                          dissecting, I told him I have already applied for extended
                          warranty..then again he called up his senior and INFORMED HIM the same
                          thing, HIS so called senior asked him to do something(WHICH COULD MAKE
                          MY WM STOP WORKING)...his senior also asked him to take the SERIAL
                          Number from the back side of my WMachine(SO THAT THY CAN MAKE SURE, I
                          SHOULD NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND THEY CAN CHARGE ME AS PER
                          THEIR GREED)....after 5 mins he said your WM motor(which was working
                          properly, AFTER HIS TRICK MY MACHINE STOPPED WORKING) need to be get
                          change, then he showed me my WM is not working (BUT which was working
                          properly, was only getting stuck when wash was coming to 13min)....

                          Now new surprise....He said, you can not apply for the extended
                          warranty NOW...as motor is not working....he argued with me and said
                          it was not working FROM BIGINING, HE DINT DO ANYTHING....then he said
                          I will need to spend[protected] to get a new Motor for my WM.....he
                          screwed my WM and was asking for money....??(I wonder about LG's
                          future in INDIAN market, IF this IS THE way they want to work in
                          INDIAN??).....When service engg took Serial number of my WM...AFTER
                          CREATING a problem in my WM...I came to know...SO called LG person
                          wants to cheat me...As he could get more money from me....I don't know
                          whom to contact now...I believe this was my last ATTEMPT to contact
                          LG..raising this issue to MEDIA....

                          I AM MAKING SURE, NOT TO PURCHASE ANY LG PRODUCT IN MY WHOLE LIFE,
                          ALSO NOW MY MOTO IS TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE ABOUT LG'S POOR QUALITY AND

                          LG-Washing machine Front Load — Motor problem

                          Hi,
                          I am located at Hyderabad. I have taken LG front load washing machine 3 years ago.
                          I have taken AMC after warranty period is finished.
                          I got motor problem within 3 years. I called LG customer care and logged a complaint. It took 1 month for me to get reolved this problem. meanwhile I made 100s of calls to LG ppl and finally went to Kharkhana LG customer care and I fought with them and finally it got resolved after so much of head-ache and eating all my time by waiting LG ppl( Those ppl they always tells we are on the way, whenever we make a call)
                          LG---LIFE IS SO WORST if you take LG products. Such a worst and nasty service.
                          Dont go for LG products.

                          I had a similar problem with washing machines of Lg company
                          the service is very bad. My Lg w/m Became out of order on 4th aug 2008.Till today they could not fix it. I actually bought Lg products such as T.V, Refrigerator, Computer Manitor And w/m.After observing the service I strongly decided that I should not go for the products of Lg.I also recommend to other prospective buyers not to go for lg products. My experiences will be detailed in my next letter.

                          LG Front Loading Washing Machine — Cheating

                          Washine Machine worth Rs. 22500/- being sold at 25420/- by Panchkula LG Dealer.

                          LG Washing Machine, model Front loading WD 10490 TP was sold by Amar Electronics, Sector 14, Panchkula for Rs. 25420/- where as it was available at Rs. 22500 /- in the market. The customer Mr. Rajeev Kanda, resident of sector 10, Panchkula bought the machine on dated 14.07.09, Bill no. 1245, but later enquired the rates at other shops in Panchkula and Chandigarh and was stunned to know the difference of rate in a machine by Rs. 2920/-
                          The dealer was contacted to sort out this issue. He agreed that the difference is true but stated his inability to refund the extra charged money as the LG company is charging him extra than other dealers in the Tricity. This is the new way to loot the innocent customers who put their faith in these well established companies and their showrooms.

                          LG — NOT GETTING CHARGED AND CHANGE MY SERIAL NUMBER

                          I had bought a LG mobile model No.GD510 at thane. Soon after purchasing of the same I could see that I am unable to getting charge .

                          I took up the issue with area office of LG at thane and I was advised that this is a techinal problem issue and the mobile had to be given to service centre at thane. After keeping my mobile at service centre at thane for nearly 30min the same was returned back to me stating the same cannot be rectified.

                          I had also taken up this issue with [protected]@lgindia.com on numerous occasions and also with [protected]@lgindia.com. But nothing happened.

                          It is really regrettable and shameful that an organization like LG has no care for their customers who believe in them and go by the brand name.

                          Hence I would request you to either replace my mobile at the earliest or else the money spent by me in purchasing this mobile should be refunded to me along with interest.

                          LG -Front loading Machine — Poor Service

                          The front loading washing Machine (Model- WD-8001C1 is out of order since 02.03.2012 after getting attended on 01/03/2012.My regular reminders after my return from outstation on 11th March'12 the machine was not attended to to make it workable. After 4 reminders & lapse of 5 days, one technician did visit my place but after talking to his service manager, informed that he will visit with the spare in the evening left, keeping the machine in open condition. He did not turn up & on enquiry, the service manager informed that they do not have relevant spare & machine can not be set right. For all good purpose, the machine is useless for me.

                          LG though claim to be best service provider, remained a nightmarish experience so far. Pl arrange to do things so that the machine is set right.

                            the rotating glass self of my LG microwave MG607APR is broken during transit.about this i have requested lg service center at rourkela to replace with applicable cost about more than a month now it is still not resolved please help.
                            my plan of buying a LG LED/PLASMA TV now perhaps needs a second thought because of poor service back up by your company .

                              Hello,
                              I had purchased a spilt air conditioner from LG (India, Mumbai) last year i.e August'10.
                              As per the norms i have extended the servicing period by a year from September'11 - September'12.
                              After collecting the cheque, the company authorised service station claims to be over burden with lot of complants, hence can only send somebody to take the machine after 2 days, post which they will rectify the problem and intal it back.
                              Does the company expects the customers to leave their personal and professioanl commitements aside and be at home waiting for the mechanics to arrive?
                              If LG as a company is selling so many items , shouldn't they have more authorised customer care outlets for customers, so the customers don't have to go this trauma.......
                              I dealt with Mr. Shurjit Singh ( Manager, Goregaon , Mumbai) and he seems to have forgotten the way to deal with clients.
                              Can somebody please help and resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                Food items not getting heated although the motor and indicator is working.The local servicing engineer was contacted over mobile no.[protected] but not attending.Request to persue him to attend early.Since both (my wife) o[censored]s are working , microwave is a life line for us.without this our time is getting wasted.
                                The model no. is MC2681DS and dt.of purchase is 7/10/2006.

                                An early response to attend the problem will be highly appreciated.
