I have a CRT monitor. In the month of august I faced some display problem and register a complaint on 4th of august N8C80401120 . Your Engineer visited and did some troubleshooting but after few days it again started giving same problem. So, I register more complaints N8C82304726, N8C82304899, N8C83007936. Last sunday your engineer again visited my place and did some troubleshooting, unfortunately since then my monitor has completely gone dead.
I spoke to that engineer and he said the parts are not available. Before your engineer visited my monitor used to trouble me for around 2 or 3 hours, but sisnce your engineer's last visit it has gone completely dead which is doing no good to me.
I am sorry to say but its completely unprofessional and careless atttude wchich was not expected from the firm like you.
I therefore request you to do the needfull as soon as possible.
I also would like to know about the procedure to get a stand by monitor.

I received the call from your service center that the part that is being damaged completely at the time of service by your engineer is not available to them & hence my monitor is completely dead since then. I am sorry to say that no I am really feeling very bad that I deal with LG India. This would be last product of LG in my life. I really don't want to deal such a company who do not care about its customers. My monitor was at least in working condition before I avail the service from you.
