I purchased LG RD 3000 ON 30/07/2008. Last month in December, I started facing problem with battery backup and network connection. Then I went at LG service centre and they told me that the phone is out of warranty. We cannot give service to this phone and told me to go and talk to the shop from where you purchased. When I went, the sales manager (Pawan Kumar Pandey # [protected]) at that shop told me it is not our fault, it the fault of the LG mobile company. We have given the warranty according to the terms of the company.
Then, I called up reliance customer care, and they gave me complaint number of #90159943, and subsequently asked me to go to the LG Service Center at Comhard System, Laxminager, they again gave me alike service center. Then again, I called up Reliance customer care, and they again gave me complaint number of #90869130, and subsequently again asked me to go to LG Service Center at Comhard System, Laxminager, they again gave me alike service slip stating, they cannot do service of phone as it is out of warranty. Now this time, I once again called the Reliance customer care and they gave me your address to visit your Service center at LG direct service center, BD1/E9, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi- 110044. The Reliance customer care executive told me that an email has been sent to this center.

LG 21 inches T.V — Poor customer service
have purchaged 21 inches color television from Pranav Electronics Opp.GNFC Tower S.G Road in March. But the first day i have one problem in T.V, It is getting self started when we swtich off T.V from remote ( Note: Main AC. remains on). I have lauched complaints 3 to 4 times. Two times your technician came to my house, he has done sone setting but the problem still exist. But last time when technican came, he told me T.V needs to be take to L.G service Center as he was not able to understand the problem. That complaint was not closed by me. Still they have closed my complaint & after that i lauched complaint, noone is attending the complaint. In each services slip i have put remark T.V is under obervation.
