I have purchased a pair of brand shoe liberty_make model:fortune Colour :tan pattern: PATINA size:07 from m/s Naruson sales malleshwaram ,no:96,7th corss sampige road,malleshwaram banaglore -03 on 02/06/2011 vide inv no:1981 dt:-02/06/2011,
witin 2 days o[censored]sage both the shoe soles were tored.returned to the shop on 06/06/2011 vide their ack no:884.
request you to kindly get me the replacement on priority.

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.

They are looking for innocent customers like us to STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
