[Resolved] Liberty Shoes — Warranty Claim | |||
Dear Sir, I have buy a Liberty Shoe pair[protected] from SCANDALS, Atul Market, opp. Lekhraj, Faizabad Road , Lucknow Ph. No.-[protected] on 19th April 2011. After using few months it was damaged. Retaiter accept the claim and repaired it. now he is asking for 25% cost for repairment. Damage was at the upper side of the right shoe. Claim was for upper Crack. Now he is notgiving shoe. I'm very disappointed with Liberty's quality and service also. I had bought one Sandel worth Rs.999/- on 27th February from Jhumri Tilaya, Kodarma, Jharkhand brunch. In this lockdown, I hardly wear it to get outside .within 5 months the right pair of soles came our and the finger inserting belt also got came out from the shoe. Is this the quality from Liberty we expect??? Rs.999/- is not a matter of joke. I also texted in your WhatsApp no. got no reply in 2 days. Please take immediate action. otherwise, I have to take action against your quality of service on the consumer's forum.

I had bought one sandal worth 840 on 9th December 2021 from Sant Nagar Burari Delhi-110084. After this lockdown started and odd even system started. i hardly wear it to get outside within one week. its skin (Leather made) came out. Quality of the sandal (Senorita) is very bad experience (Bill attached). Please take immediate action otherwise i have to take action against it.
