Within 10 days of purchase of liberty shoes lase rivet of both side became loose.
Plz change it otherwise i will escalate the issue to consumer forum.

    I shiv kumar singh from udhampur (J & k). I fully faith of liberty company. That reason i purchased 2 (Two) pair children liberty shoes invoice no[protected] dt 15/07/2020 (Both hsn code - 640219, article lic - 102, colour - pink & yellow, rate - 1, 299 + 1, 299= 2, 598/- rs). The current condition sole of shoes is damage and front side is teared. The covid-19 pandemic children restrictions for play. They only walking. The guarantee of shoes is 02 (Two) months. When i reached to showroom on 07/08/2020. Showroom fellows suggest write to complaint to company. For any query pl contact [protected]. Please take action for my complaint at the earliest. Thanking you.

        I have purchased a crocs for my kid on[protected] from one of the liberty retail outlet in malout . The crocs was designed with lights in the sole of the crocs which leads me to purchase it but after 7 days o[censored]sing it, the lights stoped working and it’s assured by the seller that it will work for 1 year . I’m very much disappointed now.

          I shashank yadav purchased a liberty fortune shoe at liberty showroom on dateted 12/07/2020. I wear this shoe only two days and shoe open sole in front part. Bonding is very week of this shoe, i want replaced my shoe, pic attach facing problem plzz resolve my problem otherwise refund my money..

              I purchased a women slipper article name GI-YQT-08, COLOUR PINK SIZE 36 from a famous and known showroom of liberty (PINKY SALES RZ-A7, LAXMI GARDEN, UTTAM NAGAR ROAD NAJAFGARH DELHI 110043) OF 1999/- on 4 sep 2019.he said for 6 month warranty.
              At the time of purchasing also I told the seller that i am a working women(if i know how to make money I know valvue of money. I can't let it to go waste) I will use the product for whole day. I placed the slipper at that time in packed form and grab the same for wearing in the end of nov.
              Sir Now you can see the condition of the slipper as in pics. I didn't wear the same even for total 15 days till now and its pasting going to remove from front as well as its top coating going to damaged.
              I didn't aspect this type of product from liberty.

              And they refused for anything because it is purchased before 3 month.
              I trust on this brand because i wear this brand product before 2 years too.
              but I am very disappointed after buying this product this time.

              I bought shoe pair for rs. 2500 but it didn't last for even two months.It has developed cracks over it. Why should a customer buy a costly product if it has not to last long. I faced this problem before also but didn't register any complaints. But this time I bought a costly product, so please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                Good morning sir, my self ajmer singh from uttam nagar new delhi. I hadpirchage a liberty shoe from liberty shop at cost of 3500.00 and it was really good in condition and it is remaining about 90%. But it sole is fully damage as like watermelon buckle and it broken. I visit to that shop and sales man told that is defective piece and you complaint it liberty care by mail or call. I had mail last week but no response. I call custome care but nobody picking up my phone also. Pls find out where is problem. Thanks and jaihind

                  I bought belly shoes from "liberty" date on[protected] from the show-room based in vikas marg, nirman vihar, new delhi-92 (India). Its not comfortable, it's too harsh and cut my feet very badly evan now i cant wear any shoes bcoz its cut my feet from back .

                  The shoes are not upto the mark. I would request for a replacement for my belly shoes at the earliest possible. For such an expensive brand like liberty as repairing or servicing the shoes wont serve the purpose. We dont expect such quality of shoes from a company like liberty after paying so much. We would rather request people not to buy shoes from a company like liberty where the quality of shoes is so poor. I have been using liberty shoes from last 5 years but 1st time its quality is very bad.

                  I have given my shoes to your showroom as they told me it will be soft but it does not work. Please do the need full as soon as possible.

                    I m purchased the coolers sandals on liberty showroom dr mc modi hospital rd, west of chord road 2nd stage, manjunath nagar, rajajinagar, bengaluru, on jun 2019. Sandals foot face skin come out its very bad product im rarely used it means im used 5 times. Im fed up with liberty quality was not good, when i called to showroom fellows said only 2 month warranty, you people foolish the customer.

                      I tried to contact you on your customer care number[protected] a number of times but could not get connected.

                      Basically, i approached your store located at shastri nagar, opp. Bcm school, ludhiana on 30.09.2019 and purchased two footwear pairs, one for self and other for my wife vide bills number[protected] and[protected].

                      The footwear (As stated above in the subject) which i purchased for self didn't find to my satisfaction. It immediately after bearing started skin biting (Pictures attached) very badly and injured. I approached the store very next day and explained the complaint with pictures. The head of store admitted that there is some manufacturing defect in the product. He kept the footwear and told me that he will bring it to the notice of the company / manufacturer.

                      Sir, i with my wife approached twice the said store but couldn't find any suitable replacement against that product.

                      Please advise, how to settle the refund immediately.

                      I have informed a number of times through mail and telephonically to the customer care department and the store manager of Liberty that we (myself and my wife) visited the said store twice but couldn't find anything of our choice.

                      Requested to Liberty Footwear Limited to refund the money immediately.

                      OR

                      I have given them the second option to get the shoe rectified or the problem solved in the shoe from the company...

                        I bought a pair of footwear about 4 to 5 months ago and since then i wore them maximum 6-7 times and they started to discard so early and even the heel is cracked. Didn't expected it to be of such poor quality. And now i reallly want them to be returned and want a refund. And i have once sent a customer complaint through their site but no reply was received.

                              I have purchased a pair of sandal from liberty showroom at madhuban chowk, pitam pura, delhi.
                              The soal of the sandal cracked with in 05 days. After that they have replaced with a new one. Later on, again replaced pair soal get cracked. This clearly shows the worst quality product.
                              The original invioce was taken back by the retailer.

                                Slippers are small in size, need a higher size of one inch. Slippers are in good condition, quality is acceptable and we don't have any complaint related to the product except for the size,.                                   Brought shoe of liberty which teared off within 15 days only, i was brought under discount offer of 20% on hence company and its dealer said there is no warranty or guarantee of the discounted items. I have paid rs. 800/- and its lost.

                                  Such a pathetic answer were received from its customer care that send the shoe to us we will then decide what to do. Even they ask to me to bear courier charges. "kuch pane ke liye kuch karna padega"

                                  Such a pathetic response.

                                      I bought a force10 school shoes #5 from Liberty Marathahalli branch, Bangalore on Saturday 3rd August 2019 and was used on 5th August 2019. To our surprise, the front toe stitch entire thread came out and we immediately called the branch and they told us to bring.

                                      Hence, I visited the branch and the looked at and removed the entire line one end to the other end without our concern. We asked for the exchange showing their bill stating the manufacturing defect exchange terms in print.

                                      As per the Liberty manager/owner, there is no exchange warranty for school shoes even within a day.

                                      1) Is this the (non-warranty) term of Liberty?

                                      2) Why is it not in print in showroon or box?

                                      3) Why the bill carries contradicting term in print? I can send the picture of bill and the stitch the removed the entire thread.

                                      I would appreciate if you can clarify. We do not ask for refund. Only, we need the exchange of our shoes that was defective on the first day of the use.

                                      Lastly, response was too cold like roadside vendor.

                                        On 2-3-2019, with great enthusiasm I bought Liberty shoes from your showroom in RBI layout, JP Nagar 7th Phase.

                                        Within one month of very smooth and soft using, both pullers at the back was cut..but I kept quite..next month there was damage on front surface..I kept quite..within 3 months of normal use, when I was just trying to tie the knot, the side rubber was cut...The side rubber is very very thin and is of very bad quality..I requested your showroom people at RBI but they dint help me in anyways..They kept my shoes for 50 days and just returned it with some stitch and applying ordinary glue..They dint help me in anyways

                                        Since the entire quality of shoes is very bad and I still believe in Brand Liberty, please take back this shoes and replace it, as the quality of shoes is substandard for Rs.2999/-

                                        Please note, Warranty limitation of 60 days shall not be applicable when the product is substandard and of bad quality, built with cheap quality rubber and not fit for any purpose, when you are charging Rs.2999/-

                                        When the product is bad ad defective and made of cheap items, you need to replace it with the new product as you cannot hide and escape under warranty limitation!!

                                        Expecting positive response as your showroom refused and failed me in every way..

                                        Please let me know where should I send your faulty product!
