I had taken policy from LIC through an agent which agency Code No. is 1001611Y. He didn't care about my policy and never taken good response.
Therefor you are hereby requested to take action against the said agent.
As I think that the said agent is froud.

I GIVE A CHEQUE FOR RS.36000/-FOR LIC JEEVAN SARAL TO DIRECT AGENT MS RITU (MOBILE NO.[protected]) ON 11/5/2011.SHE CAME FROM DELHI.BUT AFTER 2 MONTH I DONT RECD ANY DOCUMENT FROM LIC . CHEQUE IN THE NAME OF LIC OF INDIA. CAN LIC SEND REPLY TO ME.

my name is shivani from dehradoon...
i want to complain against mr. amit chand who is lic agent from dehradoon(id number:9436419).he work in lic india at vikas nagar, dehradoon. just few month back he made me fone call from dis number [protected] and start telling me his lic scheme. and i just took little interest in his scheme but due to my busy schedule, i asked him to call me after 1 day. after 1 day he again give me a phone call. on dat day he was lookin rude nt treating me a customer so i refused him to take her policy. sir u cant believe he started abusing and threatening me. he forced me to take his scheme. he keep calling me frm d day abusing me sending me vulgur sms til this date.1 cant put her/his trust on him as he treat u first very nicely and once u refuse him he show his actual color. i also req. to lic india to take appropriate action again amit chand. and also request to my frnds if smbody by dis name try to contact u kindly dont trust him atall. he is insane and vulgur guy i hav ever met and dont take any policy from him i afraid if he is fake agent and forfeit ur money

Dear Sir,

I, Basant Kumar father of policy holder bought LIC's Jeevan Umang from one of LIC agent ( Mr. Subhash Kumar, Mobile - [protected] )for my two sons dtd on 09th March 2021.
Upon receiving the first premium receipt on my whatsup I found on both my and my son's details was wrong. Then I called the agent and asked for the correction.

After sometime he started not answering my call and stop responding to my message also. I told my agent, I don’t wish to continue the policy and want to cancel the policy. please give me my original bond paper and first premium receipt aslo. This I am telling him from last June 2021 month when bond paper wasn’t printed.

He told me once bondpaper will be printed I will inform you and give you all. When I was not given any information and call from the agent, I reached the branch dtd on 21st July 2021 and asked for my bond paper. The SO branch manager ( Mr. Ravi Shankar) told me your bond paper has been already received dtd on 05th july by your agent.

Then On 22nd July I reached the LIC agent house for asking my original bond paper and first premium receipt, He has given me and he made me sign on a personal diary. Then I reached to branch office for cooling off, LIC SO Branch manager (Mr. Ravi Shankar ) told me we can’t cancel this because 15 days is over. This cool off can be done only within 15days after receiving the original bond paper, and You have authorized the agent in your proposal for receiving original bond paper . so I will not cooloff your policy.

Sir In this case I don’t know what to do. Please help me for cooling off my policy.
