I have paid my LIC premium through online payment mode. the amount debitted from the Bank account but the LIC premium account has not been credited. i enquired with the bank regarding this problem and they told that the payment was very much successful in the bank side. then i clarrified it with the LIC staff in the related branch. they told that no such payment was made. and the payment is not available even with rejected payment account. Need information to handle this problem. to whom i contact to solve this problem. reply with some fruitful details. thanks.

How to Print the Policy Enrolment form From Net. I have Enrolled my LIC Policies but there is neee to submit the enrolment form in lic branch office message from such window. Please Guide.

How do i change my address for my policy through internet. can you guide me
LIC/premium — online payment problem
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI had paid the premium online for this year of the policy number[protected] which is in the name of Arun kumar Chaudhary.This policy was added in the licindia.com portal in the name of Rampukar Prasad and premium was paid by his account only. My bank account has been debited. But no online receipt for the payment of the premium was generated. The transaction details from my bank account:

dear i am having lic policy bhhema with you my policy no[protected] and i am working as a officer in state bank of hyderbad gadwal branch it is in andrapradesh on 20/01/2009 my salary account debited through on line premium AUTO payment but till date my lic premium paid statements is not showing that entry which is held in 21/01/2009 my nich name and ref no is SENTHIIB01298138. PLEASE see where the mistake taken place and send email to me as typoed above
Last year July-2008, i have shifted my all policy from Modasa ( Gujarat ) branch to Borivali ( west ) J.B Nagar branch, Mumbai and completed all formalaties for ECS payment of my total -5 policy. as i am not staying in india from last one year,
without any intimate of payment due, send a letter about policy lapsced.
Once i confirm with branch manager, before i leave india, this is the hight of iresponsibilty of branch, even not imformed to customer, in case there is any problem in ECS facility after submision all document Policy no[protected] Plan 88/25

I am having Iife Insurance policy, with you my policy no[protected], All my Premium payment i have given to my agent atleast one month befor. here i want to check my Premium payment status and all the Policy details on net or by mail, i try lots of time to found any option in Licindia.com but still did not, So I as a Lic policy holder, would like to request that provide me any Idia to see my requirment.
As I am working in Saudi Arabi, Riyadh City (KSA), thats why i can't visit to any nearest branch.
And if any Lic Branch stablishment in Riyah city please send me the full Address.

After successful payment through the SBI Net Banking, I could not be able to generate the Payment Receipt. Though the Enrolled Policies details is showing that Next Premium due date is 28/07/10.
It is giving that the 'Receipt will be in a seperate Window'. I have Adobe Reader 7 in my machine. But no Receipt is being generated, even Paid Premium Details is also showing nothing. Pl. do the needful. Thanking you,

I'm trying to register myself to pay premium of my policy online, however, the "New User Registration" link is ALWAYS throwing the folloowing error: "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

I have paid my LIC premium for Rs 1813/- (incl late fee) through SBI online against Policy No[protected] on 02/02/2010. LIC_Ref - MSBI[protected]. However, I have not been received online payment of LIC premium receipt or confirmation.
Request confirm the payment of LIC premium and send receipt to my Email ID at the earliest.

LIC OF INDIA — payment online registration problem
I have a two policy; Numbers is[protected] and[protected], before I did payment directly. Now I am working at Mauritius. I have to pay online only, when I done registration it comes, wrong data, but I feed correct data, policy number, premium and e-mail address. Please help me, give me reply as early as possible. I have 9.3.3 adobe reader in my machine. But, pay premium receipt is not being generated in my pc. pls, help me. My email address is given below:-
