TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I had paid the premium online for this year of the policy number[protected]. My bank account has been debited. But no online receipt for the payment of the premium was generated. policy maturity expensed but money not received

My name amrita sinha my registration number is U[protected]. I have completed my policy before 08months.at patna, exhibotion road, shashi complex, 3 floor butstill i have not received my fund please ensure this and action about this complaint.

unable to pay premium via online account.. at present not in india to go and make payment in some center etc.. this is frustrating..No one responded to email I sent to LIC support. Are we still so insensitive?

My policy number is 1N[protected]. There are total 11 numbers but online payment portal is taking 9 number only.
How to pay online now?
