I have read your mail but I am unable to understand that why I have to submit my 28/03/2008 Premium once again by cash or by DD even I have already submit it through ECS (you can check in your system/Bank statement) and I have also submitted to you my HDFC Bank Statement...?



This fault is your side not my side...I have all the proof of it then why you are harassing to me...?



Requesting you to solve/edit the error in your system and accept my payment of 28/03/2008 that I have submitted through ECS..I have also submitted HDFC Bank Statement in your branch.

Hi Team of LIC,

I have visited your 11p branch and submitted relevant papers in your office but still I didn't get any response...even this is not my fault.

I am giving every instalment on time to time yet you are not accepting my 4th instalment as well as 3rd instalment you are not counting even I have given you pament through ECS and all the bank proof I have submitted today...


Note:- If you will not take any action now or you will not reply me asap then I will go to Consumer court regarding this after 6-7 days.

I have all the proof with me...

This is why requesting you to accept my 4th payment or if you have any querry still now you can contact me on below mention number.

This is to inform you that I have launched Bima Gold Policy on 28th March 2006.2 premium I have given by check and third one is through ECS.Last year my premium was given by ECS but this year no premium is deducted through ECS from your side till now, last date was 28th March 2009 and today is 16th April 2009.

I have tried many times to contact to Mr.Mukesh on 11P branch on this number[protected] but nobody is picking the phone.

Requesting you to take my 4th Premium through ECS asap otherwise I will not be responsible to give you any kind of late payment.The delay is going on through your side...

I have given application last year to deduct my premium every year through ECS.
