ALL MY REQUIRED PAPERS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE SAME WERE SUBMITTED WELL IN ADVANCE.
MY 1/3 RD SUPER ANNUATION WAS RECEIVED MY ME IN MID OCTOBER,2012 AFTER VERY LONG TIME

I.E. AFTER 9 NINE MONTHS FROM RETIREMENT DATE.
IN CASE OF HALF YEARLY ANNUITY PAYMENT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY FIRST ANNUITY INSTALMENT PAYMENT IN FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER ( I.E.PERIOD APRIL,2012 TO SEPTEMBER,2012)

KINDLY CHECK UP WITH LIC OF INDIA , SANTACRUZ- AS TO WHY MY FIRST ANNUITY PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY ME

AS ON DATE & REASON FOR DELAY

ALSO NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PENSION PAYMENT FROM APRIL,2012 TO
AS ON DATE 02/01/2013 - COMPANY - RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED - SUPER ANNUATION

Retired — Annuity not coming

My annuity number is 34335. It is transferred to my bank account every month. But since April 2009, my annuity is not being put in my account. I had sent the Certificate of Existence, duly signed by my bank manager, on 30.3.2009 to the Pension and Group Schemes Department by registered post.Please take measures to restart my annuity with effect from April 2009.

Sir/Madam,

I am Prakash Narayan Shukla, an ex Mahindra and Mahindra(Tractor division) employee. My token number was AB82 or AB81. I retired in 1993. I was receiving my LIC payment (against my superannuation)(Rs. 4454) regularly every month. But suddenly it has stopped from January 2017 onwards. I was outside India for some time and have just noticed this. You are requested to please look into this.
