for policy no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] june july 1999 premium paid by
my state bank of india rpl motikhavdi branch by DD drawan on jamnagar and than after i transfered to Bharuch branch and my all policies, but than after several visit BHARUCH BRANCH second time ask for payment of above premium and i paid in cash on 28/11/2007, and i made written complaint for that but now I am frequently visitted at your Bharuch branch but they did not refund me my premieum but avoid to talk and thretned that you cannot get this premieum back, Branch manager mr Shah today ask me that you come for loan you cant get it, Sir this is the way to treat customer ? without seeing problem ?
Please do need full in the matter, autherwise i will have to go on gandhijis way.
