SUB: Double payment of LIC Premium number[protected]. Dear Sir: This is with reference to double payment of LIC Premium number[protected] in the month of September 2007 and October 2007. Sir, on 21/09/2007, I paid an amount of Rs. 869 towards the policy number quoted above. On 07/10/2007, I paid the same amount through the Corporation Bank ATM, as it was still showing as due there, albeit inadvertantly. This became double payment for the same policy for the same period. Enquiry with Corporation Bank was made to confirm the payment made, and it was made (am in possession of the pass book details). Armed with the recipt and pass book, I went to the LIC office located at Paradise in Secunderabad, where they advised me to email pcmc.[protected]@licindia.com in this regard . dear Sir,I have an money back insurance policy fNo.[protected] for sum assured of Rs.50,000.00 with LIC, Shaktinagar, Distt: Sonebhadra under salary savings scheme. 25% refund amounts to Rs.12,500 was due in September' 2008 which I have not yet received despite my several reminders to the concerned branch office. Monthly premium has uninterruptly deducted from my salary till March'2009 and thereafter I am sending premium from my own source. I have sent 5 letters through speed post as also requested to branch official several times over telephone but no result has come through every time except they asked me for giving their reply within a short time after verifying the status of my policy. Please cope with me and look into the matter for getting release of my refund amount as it has already been quiet delayed.

My complaint about change in surname. My surname is GOHEL & LIC people write GOHIL which is wrong. I had complaint same day but there is no any positive reply & no any positive work after 3 months. Both name is same in next installment.
Also complaint to my agent & he forward to LIC office at UMRETH, Gujarat but they are not interested to change surname. So, please tell me who can confidence in LIC. My suggestion to everybody don't take any policy from LIC because they are not interested to reply anybody & I will also not inrested to take more policy from LIC.
