LIC of India — avoiding to give surrender value

I have surrendered my market plus (Plan 181) policy (No.[protected] I was supposed to get my payment on 27th July 2009. However after consistent follow-ups, I have not received it till this date. they repeated tell that their programming is faulty and they are trying to corrrect it. why cant they hire professionals in IT ? they can keep saing this for indefinet time period...who will pay interest on delayed payment? I am badly in need of money right now. i smell this fishy. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

LIC of India / Pension sch Tbl.122, Term 8yrs — Non Payment of Pension Maturity even after 8 months

Myself cleared all the Due Premiums in respect of Policy no.[protected], which matured in dec.2008.
But till date No pension been effected till date 12.08.09, in spite of many personal /agent persuatios.

LIC has enlarged the Customer base, without giving proper attention to the Customer support/ service side, and were suffering from High headed ness, and because of once monopoly in the market have given a lot of pain to their customers and allowed other players as well as competitors to come in the Country and lost the Business, - But still the Bureucrats are not trying to improve the situation .
onthe other hand though they are enjoying with the Cutomers's money but neglect them and misbehave with their honoured customer - which need be dealt with strict and penal action.

LIC of India — Issuance of policy

Sir
I have paid insurance premium of the amount around Rs12000/- vide proposal no.16168. The premium was paid in the month of Februrary 2009. I have been in touch with two employees of the Rohini Branch (Delhi) Mr Amarnath ([protected]) and mr Vinod Gupta([protected]) who have been making promises on issuance of policy ever since, but have not managed to give me the insurance policy.
I am getting false promises from them eversince. I have undergone mediacl tests thrice in the last six months for this.

Kindly help in resolving the issue.

I have send Policy No. 18350490 on 1-8 2009 by speed post. It is delivered on[protected]. It is a death claim as the Policy holder Mr. Vidyut Aniruddh Vasavada has expired on[protected].
I have not received any reply till today. I request to take action for the same.
