Dear sir
While i was working at SRM University, chennai, i had three policies [[protected],[protected] and[protected]] and it was in sss scheme. I shifted to bangalore during december and i have paid two quarters until now directly and i had no dues until march. Now for the next quarter, what i need to pay [april-june, 2012], i would like to pay in bangalore, but people at the lic office at chengalpet say, that payment for one of my policies according to their computer is still due. in the month of january, that office was computerized and while transferring the accounts from ledger to computer, they said, that my account details had not been transferred. but now they are denying it and i am unable to pay my previous quarter, since they are telling me to pay the pending due. why should i pay an excess amount, when they are not tallying the accounts properly.
i am roaming from pillar to post from office to office, dont know whom to contact--pls help
a copy of my paid receipts are also attached with this mail.

LIC of India — about deposit of premium

I open an new account in LIC of India but I no receive any receipt about deposit the premium. So I request you to send me deposit receipt about it. My policy No. is[protected] along with a SMS on my mobile NO. [protected] with deposit amount
