LIC of India — Receipt of online premium payment

I have made a on line payment to LIC of India for Policy no.[protected] for Rs.3342.00 through Tr.ID.NO.00026933 on dated 07.4.09 to LIC a/c no.[protected]. But, till date I have not get the receipt for the same.

I have policy No.[protected] in LIC and moneyback amount payble by LIC is Rs.15000.00 at 28-02-09. After many complaints & request, i got a cheque as on date 20-04-09 Rs.15000.00 on 21-04-09.In my previous complaints i also demanded interest amount from the date of due for payment i.e. 28-02-09. but LIC is not taking any action regarding this matter. I request through consumer complaint forum, Please do the needful in this matter & halp me please.

your agent name mr.s.p. selvaraj he is in sivakasi he only operated our insurance account last there years he is not properly respond any thing to as in a payment time we make a call to him but he is not answer but after two days he sent his employee to collect that amount but now a days that also not happen we make a call to him he tell i am not satisfied your responds so u don't make a call to me i don't have a interest to handle your account so u don't make any call to me,

aim doing M.B.A so i know this is a irresponsible behavior so please take any action immediately
