[Resolved]  Lic Of India — licindia.com website not working

Same issue. website is not working. Not able to login. was able to login once today and then gave errors when I wanted to pay the premium. After that the site is too slow and eventually dead. Tried logging in many times after that without any success. Now getting error "Unable to connect to the network, please try again later".

Tried to login to this old portal, but same issue. Very slow, just keeps loading and not able to login.

Yes getting same error message "Unable to connect to the network, please try again later". Have tried multiple times on different days with different browsers/ different devices but same error. What is the use of such a website ??

I don't understand LIC's problem in maintaining the customer portal, Better decommission the application.

It is very hectic, I am unable to login from last 1 week (I have not tried about 6 months before that). I have sent the email to [protected]@licindia.com, but I don't know whether they will reply to the email.

Poor website. I have been trying for more than a week now. This is highly unprofessional. I don't know when government is trying to promote digital payment. How is LIC operating with such poor performance. Its really frustrating. Now i am clueless what is to be done.

FYI, the below mentioned old portal is still accessible. You can use them as usual. Just I paid the premium using the same.

O MY GOD.
What the hell is wrong with lic authority .they can't even manage their own site. when ever you try getting on www.licindia.in it will show you ERROR. it is better not giving online service that having this WASTE site.

I hold few LIC policies. One such policy has a premium due date in this month. However website is not working. I have been tried numerous time. Its wastage of time and efforts. I am sure I shall get a letter from LIC shortly stating due not paid. Is someone listening?

I'm an NRI and trying to pay online premium, BUT
LIC Website isn't working.
