sir, lic launches new product moneyplus1 on 22nd may2008.but we are unable to get the policy information on their own website.frankly they are unable to publicise their policies.GREAT FAILURE.

We can't get any information about our policy or take print out of status of our policies.

I, K.Vijayasarathy, sent an application to transfer my kids 2 policies, two months back.And 25 days back, i sent a complaint to Lic email id for not transferring as on that date.But as on today only one policy is transferred, i dont know why you have not transferred the second policy which I applied in the same application.I applied for transfer of two policy Nos.[protected] and[protected], but you have transferred only one policy having the No.[protected].

Kindly transfer the remaining policy also having the policy No.[protected] to the same branch.

      1. I am the holder of LIC policy No.[protected], due for maturity on 28 Sep 08.

      2. During my last visit to Ambala Branch of LIC of India, in
      Jul 08, I was advised by the dealing staff, to send them the following documents, for issue of a post dated cheque, for payment of my maturity claim :-

      (a) Original copy of my LIC Policy

      (b) Form for claiming maturity benefits, duly filled and
      signed

      3. I have already sent the above mentioned documents, under my letter No. 641206/JPS dated 04 Aug 08. through registered post, on 04 Aug 08. Photocopies of the receipt obtained from the Axis Bank, showing payment of the premium for the quarter ending Mar 08 and the receipt received from your Mumbai branch, showing payment of the premium for the quarter ending Jun 08, were also sent to substantiate extra recovery of the premium amounting Rs 135.90.

      4. have not yet got the cheques for maturity claim and refund of extra recovery, in spite of repeated requests through emails. I am an Army person proceeding on retirement with next two months hence am in dire need of money.

      LIC is a largest life insurance company in this country.Till recently it had total monopoly in this business.Now many private players have also entered in this sector.But i feel that the attitude of LIC towards customer services have not changed.It still nurture a typical goverment culture in providing services to its customers.It still feel as if they are doing some favour to customers by giving them even basic services.

      the same thing is there, i m also unsatisfied with l.i.c. response. because my father shri bheem singh dabhi also having policy no.[protected] matuerd on dated 1/1/2009 and this policy was undertaken in the scheme " Own Your Home "in[protected], but the loan was not taken and policy bond, house titled as sequirity were taken by l.i.c and now after maturing policy, l.i.c needs our policy bond for giving matured premium amount. but now question arises that how can they say like that because l.i.c. already has our policy bond given by us..
      so now i thing its really shame on l.i.c a reputed firm, and we can't expect from l.i.c such like activities and its really mently and physically harrashment given by l.i.c. to our family.and still we are not found any kind of positive response from l.i.c.and their branch officers, so its not my request but its a my fundamental right to say about such matter to solve out from l.i.c., otherwise they have to pay fo it.

        last year when i bought lic money plus policy, my agent said policy is transferable to any place as well as premium is paid to any branch.but this year when i went to fateganj branch from where i bought policy, the officials told that the policy is non-transcferable as well as the premium can not be paid to the other city branch.so i personally feel
        that lic agnets have less knowledge or they ignore what consumer want or misguiding to consumer.so what can be done to be more transparent to consumer

        my policy no.[protected] of Money plus, my name is kishor udesing sisodiya, I have continuous paid each year 10000/- premium in money plus, but now at completion of 3 year locking period, I told to my agent will not to pay 4th premium of Rs. 10000/- but continuous same policy by picked out from fund, by giving written application with original policy certificate but, after 15 days, I have recd. directly surrender amount cheque.
        so, that I want to say, I haven't told to agent to withdraw my policy by written application, so how can lic closed/withdraw my policy.
        I have taken this Money Plus Policy on 30/03/2007 (Policy No.[protected]. At that time my agent told me that I have to pay only for 3 years and afterwards no need to pay any amount amd the policy will continue for 20 years. When I asked my agent on 26/11/2010 about current status (amount) of the policy as I want to surrender the policy and withdraw all the money, I got the reply that the policy was discontinue from May 2011 because I didnot pay the premium in fourth year and the amount was as per NAV of May 2011. I think that either LIC Agents are not trained properly or they are not giving true picture to their customers only for the sake of completing their targets.
        I too had taken money plus policy and the agent who misguided us. Now when I tried to surrender my policy after 3 year locking period. I am told that for every 10, 000 an amount of Rs, 2500 will be deducted as the sensex of LIC is down and it is based on the market or wait till 2015 to get the

        This is total cheating by LIC and its agents by giving wrong information at the time of taking the policy.
        I totally agree with Mr. Rajesh as I too have gone through the same problem with LIC and its agent. At the time I took the policy a different picture was provided that we have to pay for 3 years as locking period and then the amount multiplies. But when I checked the status to surrender this year I was told by the agent that for every 10, 000 an amount of Rs 2500 will be deducted based on the market rate or to wait until 2015 to take backl the actual amount paid by us.This point was not informed at the time of applying for the policy

        LIC and its agents are cheating the public or their agents are providing wrong information just to get hold of clients and take their commissions

          i have taken lic money plus policy on 4/8/2007.the second premium was paid on 8/8/2008.i phoned many times to lic & my agent but still i have not received unit statment.policy no is[protected].
          I want to know that what is the current price of Money plus.

          i take two lic money plus policy in 2007. but before investing lic agent not tell me itis reguler premium paying policy or what type of fund lic investing our money. after one year i inquiery in lic office that is regular premium paying policy and i pay premium atleast regular three year. now that time i pay all my three year premium. but now time i don't know my money is secured or not. i invest 50, 000/- per year.
          pls tell me unit price or what amount i got after 3 year surender my policy.

            Not received Bonus Cheque Till date

            Dear Sir,
            I have a police Jeevan Surabhi 106 Plan Policy No[protected] Branch Adarch Nagar New Delhi -33 Actually Always we received one month before cheque . This time last date 1 Oct -08 . but till date we do not received bonus cheque . I contract Care No. And visit branch office again and again but i do not received any positive reply always they told me only wait.

            Sir,
            About nine months ago there is a branch of LIC in sector-2, Rohini but since that it has been closed and we are asked to deposit our premium at Janak Puri Branch which is 10 Km away from Rohini area. You know that at present there is no branch of LIC in North West Delhi area like Pitam Pura, Shalimar Bagh, Rohini and outer Delhi area.
            Kindly let me know when and where the new branch of LIC will be open in Rohini area, so that miillions of your customers can deposits their premium at their convenience...with regards.

              Dear Sir,

              During January '2008 I have sent letter for change of SB ACCOUNT NO. in connection with the pension amount being transferred to me through EC system directly to my SB ACCOUNT NO .12882 with, Indian Oversea Bank, Thaltej Branch. Ahmedabad . The old SB Account was No. 3822 with IOB, Stadium Branch and was to be shifted to IOB, SB ACCOUNT NO. 12882 with Thaltej Branch . The effect has been not made till date and the amount of Rs. 2000/-per month from the month of April 2008 is not credited to my new S.B. account No. 12882 IOB, Thaltej Branch, AHmedabad. However no amount is credited April onwards.

              I, therefore request you to please check up and transfer the amount of Rs . 2000/- each for the month of April, May, June, July, August 2008 and ensure that the pension amount is regularly transfer to my new account.

                  Iniatially my annuity is sending by PNGS Chennai and now I am getting it from Kottayam PNGS. As agreed with me want to send the same to my SB a/c ( a/c no: 53.2147) of South Indian Bank Ltd; Cherpunkal Branch. Two times they sent it to my a/c from Kottayam PNGS, but last sent to my home. I request you send it to my a/c directly otherwise there will be a chance for return the post as I am working in Kuwait now.

                  Also I came to Kuwait in 2003, after that I missed some annuities. So please send me a statement of my annuity to know the missing years.

                        This has reference to my claim of life insurance covered of my wife Late Mrs. Biji Shibu. The policy no. is[protected] / Branch 934. Due to an accident near Taloja on 31.12.2007, my wife expired. The required documents were first submitted to our Agent which was lying with them for two months. After knowing this, i collected the documents from the agent and submitted the same in the month of April'2008. Further i was asked to submit some documents like, copy of FIR, Post Mortem report, report from family doctor etc. All the documents were submitted by the end of May 2008. After that i enquired with the branch several times. Every time they responded that enquiry is in process. Till the time, i.e., 10.09.2008, neither i received any corresponding or my claim from LIC.
                        Please inform me what can i do ?? Where do i contact to know the current position of my claim?? Who is the higher authority to whom i can get in touch ??

                        In reference to my claim letters for matured amount of Rs.50.000.00 dated June 13, 2013 & August 04, 2013 against my LIC policy no.
                        S[protected] dated 28/03/1988 matured on March 28, 2013 has not yet been settled till today.
                        I had purchased this policy while I was working for Glaxo India Ltd. in Kolkata as a Veterinary Representative. I am a Nepalese National.
                        I have resigned from Glaxo India Ltd. in the year 1994 and now I am doing my own business in Kathmandu. I have been to LIC - Jadavpur Branch for more than 3 ocassions spending more than Rs. 30.000.00 and still my matured money was not remitted to me saying the Indian money cannot be sent to non Indian national. It is really a pity.
                        Kindly help me out how to get my matured money. My LIC agent in Kolkata is Mr shyamal Chakraborty and he has asked me to lodge a complaint in the LIC website.

                                I am a central Govt. employee working as a Group B Gazeted officer in the Ministry of Home Affaris. I did apply for a housing loan to purchase of a flat at Bilaspur ( Chhattisgarh). When I contacted the Area office of LIC HF Bilaspur, I was told that I could be sanctioned a loan of Rs 7.75 Lakhs. I paid the advance for the flat and got the flat registered on my name. After a few months LIC HF released an amount of Rs 6.37 Lakhs saying that the remaining amount could not be released as my case is a high risk case. I was initially given the offer letter of Rs 7.75 Lakhs and my EMI is being charged @ Rs 7479 /-( that is EMI for the loan of RS 7.75 Lakhs). The flat has not been handed over to me as I am yet to pay the builder the remaining amount of Rs 1.37 lakhs ( remaining part of loan).What should I do? Should I register the complaint agaist the company or explore other ways?

                                We are have taken a housing loan from LIC Housing Loan in Muktsar(Punjab). Our Loan account No. is 3626. in the Name of Mr. Balbir Singh Maini.



                                I want to bring to your notice that I am facing a lot of problems with your organization.

                                I am not getting any help from the local team/ASM Mr. Rakesh Sharma. I am not being provided my loan account statements to me even after giving them several requests. Further some cheques were taken from me without dates which were getting presented in my account at different dates without any proper systems & prior intimation to me.

                                Now as the cheques have finished, no one is guiding me further process of repayment.

                                I am worried that I am getting unnecessary charges imposed on my account because of this difficulty as some times local ageny people collects payment in cash & some times by cheque.



                                I request you to look into this matter of sheer harrassment & frustation to us as we are also getting some thretning calls from your Jalandhar office.

For reminder we have wrote a letter to your city branch Lucknow with annexure of band's photocopy DT-23/06/2010, receipt no- 14210 for return maturity amount. We again wrote a letter this receipt no- 34151 Date- 10/12/2010, we include with this letter my original bond and again request for my maturity amount timely.
                                  Now we want to inform you that they are not refund our payment till date, when we ask regauarding this they told to me that now we are unable to prepare your master file. Now i would like to now you that it is not our responsibility this is yours official’s responsibility.
                                  In This time we needy to the founds so, I am request to you for my money and release my money as soon as possible. And regarding this whatever information you want to give me my mail ID is safe.[protected]@rediffmail.com .

                                  Respectfully, I have to state that I Gaurav Agarwal holding a LIC Policy No. 23513871 and I had given the premium amount of the year 2012 and 2013 both a sum of Rs. 12000.00 to my agent Mr. Shesh Kumar Paswan agency code no. 06709258. Till date he had not paid it yet.

                                  Now he is not picking my phone and if I am trying to call him from another phone he abuse me and threten my to beat with the police.

                                  Sir, it is my humble request to take a necessary action against him in getting my money so that I can deposite the premium on time and run it smoothly.

                                    Sir,
                                    I, Basanta Kumar Rout is the holder of policy No.[protected]Date of Commencement 28.08.2003) under Table 149 with 5 yrs. premium payment terms of Rs 24774 per annum.The total primium paid by me in the 5yrs. period is Rs. 123870 while on maturity I have been intimated to get only Rs. 1.16(appx.)lacs only which is even below the primium amount paid by me.
                                    May please look into the issue and advice me.
