Sub. Request to refund the amount paid against VARISTH PENSION BIMA YOJNA
PolicyNo.[protected].
Sir/Madam,
I, Balbir Singh, holder of Policy No.[protected], have surrendered the same in your office
11-A Janak Puri, Delhi on 01/09/2008 for the refund of the amount paid for the said Policy.
I and my wife, both retired teachers, do not have enough means to carry out extensive repairs of
the damaged roofs and walls of our Residetial House that constructed in the year, 1980. It is like
reconstructing the entire structure that requires a lot of money.
I, therefore, very earnestly request your honour to allow me to get mymoney back, unconditionally,
at the earliest.
Hoping for your kind favour. Thanking you,
Yours Sincerely,
BABIR SINGH,

so, that I want to say, I haven't told to agent to withdraw my policy by written application, so how can lic closed/withdraw my policy.
This is total cheating by LIC and its agents by giving wrong information at the time of taking the policy.
LIC and its agents are cheating the public or their agents are providing wrong information just to get hold of clients and take their commissions
