i take two lic money plus policy in 2007. but before investing lic agent not tell me itis reguler premium paying policy or what type of fund lic investing our money. after one year i inquiery in lic office that is regular premium paying policy and i pay premium atleast regular three year. now that time i pay all my three year premium. but now time i don't know my money is secured or not. i invest 50, 000/- per year.
pls tell me unit price or what amount i got after 3 year surender my policy.

After that I am not received anything.

Iniatially my annuity is sending by PNGS Chennai and now I am getting it from Kottayam PNGS. As agreed with me want to send the same to my SB a/c ( a/c no: 53.2147) of South Indian Bank Ltd; Cherpunkal Branch. Two times they sent it to my a/c from Kottayam PNGS, but last sent to my home. I request you send it to my a/c directly otherwise there will be a chance for return the post as I am working in Kuwait now.

Also I came to Kuwait in 2003, after that I missed some annuities. So please send me a statement of my annuity to know the missing years.

I have been to LIC - Jadavpur Branch for more than 3 ocassions spending more than Rs. 30.000.00 and still my matured money was not remitted to me saying the Indian money cannot be sent to non Indian national. It is really a pity.
Kindly help me out how to get my matured money. My LIC agent in Kolkata is Mr shyamal Chakraborty and he has asked me to lodge a complaint in the LIC website.

On 1st of February, 2010 I have written for the transfer of my policy to Zonal office, Kanpur.

LIC office at arthur road naka Mumbai 400011 is very pathetic .

most of the times the system never works . aso there are 2 counters which if full with very long queue

service is very sad and bad . they are so slow in their work that we have to waste hours of our precious time in very long queue .

Here the computer always fails, network fails .
Also the chinchpokli branch ( near voltas - Mumbai ) is closed so too much rush at arthur road naka branch .
either increase the counter here or close this branch as it is of no use
its a complete waste of time here.

i have to recieve a cheaque of rupees 15, 000 in year 2005 from branch office 116 on behalf lic money back policy but i have not recieved it yet(2009). i have complained about it at the required branch but i have not recieved any response regarding my complaint. i am moving out to lic office from last 2 years and they just enroll me with the word that i will recieve the money soon .but after 2 years of defence they shocked me with the word that your cheaque had been delivered and the cheque of rupees 15, 000 having cheque no.337696 dated[protected] had been encashed onto my account but i have no bank statement of the deposite money yet hearing this shocking ststement i decided to drop a written complaint. my inward no. of complaint is PH/2007/001350/OS dated[protected] but even after that written complaint there is no action taken on this regard and now after facing this problem for 4 years i am tend to move to consumer court for the same soon to get my required amount of rupees 15, 000 with intrest. it had been 4 years for me to resist my patience but now the only way out is consumer court so if possible am trying my last luck hereby before moving to consumer court.
