Hi LIC Team, I'm unable to pay my premium Online for the policy number[protected], I'm facing with following error tag - 'Premium can not be paid for this policy using Online Payment Facility. Please ensure that premium is due for the policy and try again.t'. Can you please help with this as I cannot my premium through any other channel due to my personal constraints. Unable To Pay Premium Through On-line
Hello,
I am unable to pay the premium through online
(https://customer.onlinelic.in/) for the policy number[protected].
Getting the following error:Premium can not be paid for this policy using Online Payment Facility.
Please ensure that premium is due for the policy and try again.

Please tell me how to rectify this?
