Bonus Credit

I am a recipient of the bonus from LIC in April 2013. My policy number is[protected]. I have been going to the Dadar branch where i have submitted my docuemnts , cancelled cheque for the NEFT payment is telling me that the amount was credited on 14th May 2013 . However, this is not yet come into my account. I have been told to wait and wait. Can someone please confirm on the status to me? My bank account for the NEFT ends in ********0911....

Fraud by LIC & LIC Agent

Sir,

I, Krishna Rao, belong to a very middle class family. My parents and I struggled a lot to stabilize our financial condition.
My mum is illiterate woman and somehow we managed to teach her how to sign. My mum heard from somewhere about an LIC policy which doubles the amount in just 5 years. One day in my absence at home my parents called one known LIC agent. He said there is indeed a policy which doubles the money....

Regarding EMI deduction

I had deposited post dated cheques to LIC housing finance ltd but since last two months no EMI deduction occurred from my saving Accounts. If lic deducts EMIs at a time then it will be overburden for me. Please regularise EMI deduction. Again as per my loan agreement interest rate shoud have been 10.25 % but statement is showing 11 % and actully it is charged. I am an Employee of BHEL Hyderabad. All the premium of the policies in my name are deducted from my monthly salary.
One Insurance Policy No[protected] was due for payment of Survival benefit amount on[protected]. LIC of India neither bothered to send the cheque to my home nor intimated to me about the amount due to me. LIC earlier used to send the Post dated cheques' one month in advance . They have not sent the amount so far....

AGENT'S PORTAL

Poor Customer Care, NO RESPONSE FROM HUMAN

It is almost impossible to get a response from a HUMAN on LIC helplines.

The following numbers hardly ever respond. Every time I try, either phone keeps ringing or engaged.

Policy Surrender but not responding

I have surrender my wealth plus policy to get immediate money since 17.04.2013 even for less payment then I have paid to the LIC, all the formalities are completed and also given bank details to transfer the fund in my bank account. but till date (04.05.2013) the LIC is not responding. I am badly in need of money and I am not getting my own money on time. LIC people are very irresponsible and careless....
