LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Saidapet, Chennai had lent Housing Loan to Ms Indu Dharmalingam guaranteed by Her sister Ms Suhasini Dharmalingam in the year 2002 against property Flat A20, Yamuna homes, Parameswari Nagar IV St, Adyar, Chennai 20 which is not belonging to her. The Flat was belonging to Mr C Venkatachalam who had sold the same to me in the year 2008. Mr Dharmalingam and Mrs Vimala Dharmalingam and their daughters (Indu, Suhasihine, Yamuna) indulged in Economic Offences. They fabricated the documents of many flats like mine and mortgaged to

As much as 16 FIRs, 6 CSRs, 20 Court Cases and Financial irregularities are registered against them
They sold same Un Divided Shares to more than one / mortgaged to multiple banks/Financial Institutions.
I had written letters, complaints, RTI applications and Legal notices. They are not sharing the details and open to us. They had published Possession Notice under SARFACI Act. The then Area Manager, Branch Manager had in collusion with Ms Indu, Suhasini, Dharmalingam and Vimala Dharmalingam swindled money through such lending. Mr C Venkatachalam had already filed FIR 640/02 with Central Crime Branch and S Duraibabu filed FIR 217/10 with CCB. LIC Housing Finance should respond to my letteres/emails/complaints/RTI application

LIC OF INDIA/Term Insurance — Plan for cheating innocent people in name of LIC
LIC is cheating people in name of term insurance. I have applied for LIC term insurance plan Jeeven Amulya 4 months back. They have asked me to go for medical test twice and after that returned the amount back i paid for insurance and deducted 800 from initial amount paid.However no response why policy is not issue in 4 months and why Rs. 800 is deducted.
So they just avoiding the issuing of term insurance and only want to sell the traditional insurance plan which are helpful for LIC and its agent not for general public.
