[Resolved]  LIC of India (P&Gs Dept Mdo - 1) — Non-reciept of Superannuation Pension

Your records are totally incorrect if this is the information you hold as of today.
The email sent by Seema Karekar is not acceptable to me at all.

Please take CLEAR NOTE that - Rs 3000 added in August was for October 2009 and April 2010, which was made by your office, after my several reminders. It has nothing to do with the Rs1500 added in October 2010. That payment was made as eligible payment for October 2010, not an excess payment.
I have not been paid the April 2011 medical payment of Rs1500. In reply to my query as to why I have not received I have been sent false information today.

I have separately emailed to Seema Karekar, copy of her email of 14/7/2010.
Please rectify your records and send me my medical payment for April 2011 immediately.

I am not at all satisfied with such poor service and false information. I wish to get my medical payment for April 2011 asap. Thanks

Inspite of severals mails to the concerned persons, I still have not recvd any feedback as to why my half yearly annuity proceeds have not been credited to my account. Normally this does not happen, this being the first time. Its been over a month now and I still have not recvd any feedback as to the reason why the proceeds hv nt been credited to my SBI account egmore branch chennai.

I am shifted to Mumbai .I would like to know whether I need to supply any new docs or whatever may be the reason so that I am aware.I have not recvd any docs from LIC whatsoever to be filled up.In case I need to fill up any docs kindly send the same to -

This is to inform you that I am entitled to get two annuities in a year on half-yearly basis, one in May and the other in November every year @ Rs. 1467.00 per annuity. Please note that I use to receive the annuities very irregularly. Every time I need to write to your end for sending the amount, while I am supposed to get it automatically and on a regular basis.
Last I had received the annuities collectively for May '09 and November '09 in the month of February '10. So, the annuity installments for May '10, November '10, and May '11 are still due (total due Rs. 4401), although already more than one and a half year have lapsed since my last receipt.
On repeated reminders I had been told by P&GS, Bangalore that the annuities for May '10 and Nov. '10 had been sent to my account through NEFT. But surprisingly till date the amounts have not been credited to my account. I have visited my banker on a no. of occasions but no solution came out. As on date I am really puzzled about what to do. I have been playing like a pendulum - once contacting P&GS, Bangalore and next my banker. And the same is going on and on.
So, you are requested to kindly help me out getting the amount without any further delay.
Hope I can come out of this situation at the earliest.
