Online Bill pay

The premium amount for the policy[protected] is debited from my account with late fee(1817) on 02/03/2009, but i have payed the amount as cash also because the premium was not scheduled for payment in my icici net banking bill payment section. But without my knowledge the amount is debited from my account. I wanted one of the amount paid, debited back to my account.
I have informed respective person about this, and even filed a complaint...

This is to inform you that I had taken a policy of Life Insurance Corporation of India at Katihar Branch on 23rd Feb 2005. Till Now I have not received the Original Bond Paper of my policy from the Branch.

EMI not being changed according to fluctuating rate of interest

We have taken housing loan in year 2003 we had applied on floating rate of interest.

Whenever there was increase in market rate of interest our emi was increased according for the same month. But now when the rate of interest is lower their has been no effect on our EMI.

I would like to know the reason for why such discrepancy....

no proper customer care procedures

My loan a/c no :[protected] dt.12/11/07 - with interest rate of 10.25 from Thane ( Mumbai - Mahararstra ).So far no of times interest rates must have been fluctuated but no information has been received by me from LICHFL so far.

Not received LIC premium Receipt

Dear sir/madam

I have paid my due on 2nd march 2009, and the end of transaction it shows the error message. I just confirmed with my banker and the transaction was success, also they communicated with LIC regarding the transaction success. Policy #:[protected]. There is no intimation to my mail or mobile about the transaction i made thru LIC website. After one week i didn't received any online receipt. Please let me know...

Hi,
I have paid LIC premium online through the portal http.www.licindia.com for year[protected] on dated 4 March 2009. The amount was debited from my ICICI account but after that when payment gateway site was bring me to LIC site; an error page gets displayed. The amount is debited from my account but I did not get email for E-Receipt .
