[Resolved]  LIC Of India — Premium amount deducted but not payment did not happened to LIC

Hi,
My name is Ranjith K. Last Friday (19th Apr) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 5631 (Policy number[protected] using HDFC credit card online trough IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway (Transaction Identification Number:[protected].
I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment.
Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/04/2013 And 31/03/2014'

Kindly do the needful

I have done the payment on Fri, Aug 21, 2015 at 7:12 PM to LIC though IDBI Gateway and got the receipt.
Till Aug 24, 2015, the money is not reflected on my LIC account and I have done net-banking payment today.

So please revert my money ASAP.

If required to complaint about to LIC or any other method, please inform us.

You have not mentioned contact / customer care no. in the email. Please include to fast contact to get resolution

I was trying to make payment for an Annual LIC policy via your PG.

After authentication from my bank (HDFC Bank) but before returning to LIC, I got an error web page.

So I had intiated second transaction by opening a fresh web page.

This time (Transaction 2), the payment was made at HDFC Bank and the page successfully returned to LIC website showing status of Successful transaction.

But to me shock my credit card has been charged two times, though the Transaction 1 has not returned to LIC site and there was error.

I understand that you email says both the transaction are 'successful' but only payment is made to LIC. I have received Receipt Acknowledgement from LIC only for 'one transaction'.


Now the complaints are:

1. Most of PG check the transcations against amount deducted from customer account vs actual payment to the merchent.
It seems you (the great 'Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway') ****never do these checks****. This can easily verified by sheer amount of complaints over last two years.

2. I have been searching for direct contact ph. nos. or emails for reaching out you guys to raise complaints, but you guys ***seems never cared*** about the "Customer Satisfaction'. This is riduculous.

3. I have waited whether you realise the problem/error at your side and credit back my amount (Rs. 25902.60) for the 'Transaction 1' payment which is not received by LIC but hoarded by you for ****last 7 days***. This is worst service on your part. Better you close your PG services.


So I demand refund the ***Duplicate charge (of Rs 20, 902) as early as possible*** before I reach out Consumer Court or appropriate govt authority for 1. Your pathetic service 2. Kind of pain I am going thru because your pathetic service.


******* Please don't reply with ''''''Blanket Replies''''''', please read whole of complaint carefully and then reply.


If possible provide your direct email id or contact number to reach you guys directly.


I have never experienced such a worst service from any Payment Gateway.

I have Received the mail communication from mailer [protected]@atos.net any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment.

My name is siddhartha bhattacharjee . I have paid Rs. 24260 on 17th aug, 2016 as my LIC premium .
Policy number no.[protected]. Using Central Bank of India Debit card online trough IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway.
And they shows session expired.
though my money was debited form my a/c but i did not received any payslip from lic and when I opened lic website they shows then the amount was not paid.
And its already 16 days over.
I contact to lic home branch as well as central bank home branch. But i did not get any satisfactory word from them.
Payment failed(Failure detail:Session Expired)
so i request please credit the balance in my Account.
