My LIC pension plan Jeevan sureksha policy No.[protected] has matured on 12th Jan 2013, this belongs to LIC lonavala branch under pune division. I have not received the annuity so far even though I have submitted the required documents well in time, please verify the delay.

lic pension plan — non receipt of payments and dues

i Bijaya Laxmi Mahapatra w/o late Jugal Kishore Mahapatra have not received the pension plan which my husband used to receive in form of cheques. After his death on april 17 2008 i after submitted all the required documents including the death certificate as well as my identity proof in nearest LIC office in BURLA dist-SAMBALPUR (ORISSA) but till this date we have not received anything and we also are greately pained to learn the nothing is done.except assurances from the lic officials in BURLA.after death the financial condition is really a matter of concern for us as we are entirely dependent Govt pension and any financial and economical source may be a great help for us.1year is about to pass but still we have not received or know what the status of our problem is. My policy nos was[protected] and[protected] kindly take immediate steps to restore this.

    Hi,
    My Loan Account:[protected].I got approval for 3680000(Thirty six lakh eighty thousand ) Floating .Interest rate 10.4%.I was already paying actual amount of EMI i.e 36,540 and now suddenly they deducted 3244 extra i.e 39784.without any prior notice.They say it increased and now rate is 11.90%? Whereas I dont find anywhere on site and all.No other bank has increased the home loan.

FROM NEXT MONTH ONWARD i.e. FEBRUARY 2013, ECS REQUESTED HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF AND OUT OF 4 POLICIES ONLY 3 ECS HAVE BEEN MATERIALISED. THAT TOO HAVE BEEN EARMARKED WRONGLY.         SIR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAIL REGARDING PF WITHDRAWAL AND ALSO THEY ARE INSTATING TO SUBMIT ONE MONTH SALARY.             Dear sir,
            My LIC policy No.[protected], had been enrolled on 28 Jan 2010, but till date I have not received Bond paper against my policy. I have paid policy premiums time to time through On-line.
            1) I have several times contacted with LIC Agent (Sandeep Kr. Goel, Mob. [protected]) but there is no reply from the other end.
            2) I also meet to DEV.OFFICER (Mr. Harish Chandra) and Branch Manager (Mr. T. P. Singh ) on dated 12 May 2012 at LIC brach-255, but I have not got any positive response from their side.
            3) i also mail to branch office and zone office at [protected]@licindia.com and [protected]@licindia.com on date Sat, Jun 9, 2012. But till date i have not got any reply from their side.
            4) I registered complaint on IRDA Feb 8, 2013, now they are forcing me to submitting APPLICATION WITH A BOND FOR LOST. so that they can issue DUPLICATE POLICY BOND.
            5) when i never got the policy bond then why i have to submit A BOND FOR LOST. I am having a right to get a original policy bond.

            So that, please be trace out the actual condition of my LIC policy bond paper and take action on the person who is associated with this policy,

            if LIC is not able to dispatch my policy bond then return my all money that is submitted by me till date.

            May kindly look into the matter and take needful action for the same.

              I have taken a housing Loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd Kanpur Branch Loan A/c No.[protected]. I Have already fully paid the loan amount. When I gone through the statement of account one payment made on 28.07.2011 of Rs.1,50,000/- has not been adjusted in principal amt and adjusted at time of closure of account on 22.12.2011. I have given letter to LIC Housing on 21.02.2012 and 17.09.2012 for refund of excess interest charged of Rs.8,289/- but till date no reply from LIC Housing.

              I request you to please take action agst the company.

                  This is with reference to my LIC policies no[protected] &[protected]. First of all , I would like to inform you that I have deposited the premium for 3 year for both the policies as per policy norms ( minimum 3 years) and in Jan’13 we got a notice that our both the policy has been foreclose by LIC without giving any prior notice which cause i have bear a huge loss in the policies and there is no information that why the amount has been deducted by LIC nor they are ready to respond on the same as i have wriiten complaint many times.

                  I want the complete reversal of balance amount which i have paid to LIC and interest for five years.

                  Your early action is highly appricatble.

                    Sir/ Mam,

                    I just wish to bring in your kind notice that my brother in law (Late Dinesh Kumar) was met with a road accident in Chandigarh in the month of May 2012 and got expired in the PGI Chandigarh. My Brother in law has taken a Insurance policy on his name from Arvind Insurance Adviser (LIC of India) Trimurti Market, Nadaun. After his death, we have submitted all the required document along with police station document & death certificate to the LIC agent and an inquiry was held from the LIC official in the First week of January 2013. Then they told us that now your all the process is completed and the amount of the claim settlement would be transfer in your account with next 15 days. But now approx one and half month is past, we didn't get any response. We have visited the LIC Branch Office Nadaun &Hamirpur and have a meeting with the branch manager. During our visit they assured us again that your all the process is completed and your file has been forwarded to the head office for payment process and u will get it within next week time or 10 days. But till date we didn't received any amount.

                    Approx 10 month has been past when the accident held, We have visited the Insurance agent office & LIC office many times, but in vain. Now we are helpless, My sister is a house wife and have two school going kids and its very much difficult for her to take care of them without any source of income. You are requested to kindly look into the case and guide us what we can do else.

                      Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman from Begumpet, Hyderabad. I have applied for a LIC Loan on Feb.8, 2013 with application #[protected]. After 2-3 weeks now the LIC Agent Mr. Swayam Prakash from Kukkapally, Hyderabad has been pressuring to check and provide the details of any other employee from my company Solugenix India Pvt Ltd if they have taken loan as well as provide him with all the profit and loss and other money transaction details of my company, even though he had mentioned earlier that they would contact the concerned person from my company (whose contact details I have already provided) and also had mentioned that they are charging us Rs.5000+ (which got debited from my account 2 weeks ago itself) for valuating our new apartment construction details, verifying all the details about my working for the company etc. Now Mr. Swayam Prakash (+[protected] is calling my builder and saying that unless I provide all the companies profit and loss details (I am just an employee of this company) and other money transaction details, they will not be able to process and sanction loan nor attending my calls any more. I feel that I am being cheated by this person because of the fact that I submitted all the documents he was insisting that we go with HDFC and not with LIC but I felt that it would be better to get loan from LIC, he seems to be giving some excuse of not being able to sanction the loan. He is not even responding to the SMS that I had sent nor called me to inform me the status even though I had sent about 10 days ago once again the scanned copies of the information that he had requested for.

                      Please advise as to how I can take this further as I have lost time as well as feel I am being cheated and it is that he is giving me mental torture in this regard.

                          Sir, I am taken Home loan from LIC Housing finance. Cheques given for EMI. I am maintinaning Balance 10,000
                          But LIC Housing finance 2 EMI's in one cheqe producing. This month also they are given above 10000/- Cheque. My bank given sms that your cheque stopped and 393/- charges collected. If EMI cutting regularly this was not happining. In my account cheque bounce problem also not occured.
                          Sir, I am taken Housing Loan from LIC Housing Finance. My file NO: [protected] and [protected].
                          I am given cheques for EMI's. I am maintinaning EMI ammount arround 10, 000/- . But they are producing 2 EMI's in one Cheque. In last year december they done like that. In that balance 16000/- present in my account.. this month they have produced 2 EMI's in one cheque. my bank rejected that cheque due to less balance. Balance 9700/-. Acvtual my EMI is 9000/-. Also cheque bonus charges charged by my bank.If every month My EMI recovered this type mistake not arraised.. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                                My policy no is:[protected]. its copy show to me my pollicy will expiary on 18/02/2004' in this stage my agent is come and meet me ,and he advised my pollicy was closed , so, you with draw your cash. but i had not satified his answer. what is the true posistion in this case. please feed back to me.by cell phone meeseage.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  With due respect I am to state that I am the policy holder of LIC Jeevan Suraksha Pension Plan Policy no.[protected] which was to be matured on 26/12/2012. I had met the LIC department branch at 11-F, M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049. Prior to mature my Policy, I met Ms. Veena Tyagi (D.A.) of LIC at 11-F at M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049. She told me whether you want pension or surrender the Policy. I opted for the surrender of the Policy. I was also told by the LIC that you need not to pay the final premium of the Policy. If you want to get the surrender money. It was 1 Lac more approximate. I completed the all document and filled the complete form of surrender.

                                  I deposited all document that is 1) Surrender form 2) NEFT Form 3) Original Policy no.[protected]. 4) Photocopy of Passbook. 5) Cancelled Cheque. These were deposited on 19th November 2012 at 11-F, M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049. Again I visited the at 11-F, M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049 and met to Mr. R.K. Bhutt the Branch Manager, Ms. Veena Tyagi (D.A.), Dak officials, They say that your papers are missing and we are not in position to find out them. I have the receipt with Date & Stamp Seal Dated : 19th November 2012. Now LIC Officials say that we are not in position to give your surrender payment.

                                  I am 100% sure that I had deposited papers belong to Policy with Seal & Stamp Dated; 19th November 2012.

                                  In view of above fact, I request to your good self that I may please be given my surrender payment at your earliest please because it is no where my fault. I am sending you scan copies of all deposited papers. Kindly find the same in attachments.

                                    I have cancelled my construction work with my builder but still cheques are issued by my builder's name because loan agent is his person.please solve the problem...
