Iwant to pay my emi on line my loan account[protected] how I can

LIC HFL doesnot intimate the customers when the interest rates reduce so that the customer doesnt have to pay high rate of interest. They send letters when rates increase. They have been taking extra payment from me from 1 year. Please do not rely on them and do check the account. Very bad service and no customer courtesy. Never avail loan from LIC HFL.

I have registered for online payment of my EMI but today I am unable to pay it. my a/c no is [protected].
Can you please tell me how you did this? I have been trying and there is no option to pay online.
I have always Facing this type problem after 3-4 days loan amount will be deposite with interest

I have a home loan from Year 2011. Very worst experience, no response for anything. I would suggest to take you to loan from Private banks. Never ever think of taking a loan from LICHFL. They do not a NEFT/Online pre-payment process. No Star!!

Myself balamurugan from Coimbatore, Taken loan from housing finance and not been informed when my ROI increased to 11.9%, where in other banks ROI is 8.5%, when I send the mail, there was no reply, I have been asked to pay a DD for 1900 for reducing the ROI. but after 2 months also they have not reduced. so I stopped paying my EMI for 3 months, now they came to home and they posted and started threatening and scolding my wife. very worst experience in LIC, please my humble request don't take loan form LIC housing finance

There is no valid reason, to NOT have online fore-closure/pre-payment facility. Digital--India is a lame excuse. They are just greedy and just want to cash-in interest rate. And do not want customers to close loans. Is there any authority out there, who can do something about LIC Housing loan atrocities? PLEASE action. Thank you.

LIC have to implement more options in their customer portal. we cant see the part payment and no immediate payment to reflect. all banks are develpoing new methods, but i dont know LIC not introduce any method for payemnt. the taking money from customer with charges they active but coming to responce behaving like irresponcible.

if LIC make some changes good, otherwise very near company going to windup. due to slow process.

No option for prepayment!! Also they picked up wrong email id, did not change it after several times request given for the same. Very bad service given by LIC HFL.

It is better to register complaints to Ministry of Finance(GOI)/Housing Bank(RBI)/Ministry of Communication who are all concerned about Digitalisation.  Even Amazon and Google they have tied up with Banks having Gate way to accept all kind of Digital Payments from  Public Sector Organisation having financial involvement and  receiving  regular recurring payments from lot of its
customers.   How this LIC Housing Finance Organization is not implementing GOI commitment of
Digitalisation and extending benefits to its customers. Even small and Smallest Shops in Rural as
well as Middle level Towns are able to receive payments through Paytm, Amazon, Google and several
Pay platforms on line and as well from Nationalised Bank and other banks. It creates doubt as to whether this organisation follows Govt. of India guidelines in the Digilisations.
Therefore appeal is madeto  extend facilities to customers to pay online through DIGITAL Modemto Join Digilisation of payment method as promoted by GOI with sufficient inbuilt security etc in the appplication for registered customers.This will enable all customers of LIC/LIC Housing customers who were moved out of station from existing one for any reasonIt will avoid ot of its customers to remain inside their home and avoid unnecessary visit outside their home for the payment purpose especially during current Pandamic.
Hope LIC/LIC housing which is Govt of India Organisation(autonomous/Public Sector/semi Govet or Major/part share holder) will understand the needs of the hour and act immediately without fail so that lot of customers are unnecesarilybothered on this account.Hope the organisation appreciate my view.
