Bad Services and Products.

I purchased a sofa set (3+1+1, approx 40k) from Lifestyle Home Center at Inner ring road Koramangala in October 2010 and since then I have been cursing my decision. It seems like once they get your money they take you for a ride. My sofa set was delivered and after a couple of days the carpenter came to unpack it. To my surprise all the three pieces were defective. They promised me replacement of the complete set. Since then my sofa has been repaired 3 times, and every time the defect remains they just cover it up and go Looks like they are trying to dupe me as they believe we will not do anything other than call them constantly and finally give up.Its been more than three months and their defective sofa set is lying in my drawing room. When I asked for a refund, they say they have no provision for that.The kind of services provided by them is appalling. I have been taking leaves from office to receive their defective pieces, called them about 50 times, listening to their excuses, and going through an ordeal all this time. Even the grocery store near my house provides much better service! U call your self a Lifestyle Brand with utmost values, I am sure Micky Jagtiani had this in is vision for retail in India, they will live with any service, its time consumers come together and teach these so called multinational brands a real taste of India.
