I purchased the Infiniti Closet less than a year ago and the track system on the sliding doors has failed more than once. I have been trying to contact customer care for 5 days since the incident with no response. My clothes are currently stuck inside the cupboard with no access to them. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. I don't know who else to reach out to as they are not responding. This is completely unprofessional and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of care from customer care. Was this information helpful? |
