I have purchased a dinning set on 26 jan 2017 with invoice # 1519525. I have notice a crack in one of the chair today and called up the service center for repair and support. I was surprised to note that lifestyle home center doesn't provide any sort of support post warrant i. E. One year. That means if your product comes out to be faulty after 1 year there is no paid or unpaid repair process. I have been advised by call center to contact local carpenter for support.
Request you to please ensure that other customers are not cheated on the same & there should be clear mention of repair process post 1 year. Anyhow i am concerned about other customer & i will not be purchasing anything from lifestyle anymore though i have been their customer since 2001. Was this information helpful? |
